StarView Vineyards

We held our engagement party at the Event Barn, and the space was perfect for us and our 50-ish guests! The bathrooms were crystal clean (something I always worry about!), and the space allowed for our guests comfortably get to know each other. We are from the Chicago area, but Regina communicated everything we needed to know to help us make our decisions. On the day of the event, the staff was helpful and friendly and gave our out-of-town guests great wine suggestions. And the scenary of the vineyard was the perfect backdrop for our guests to take pictures with us! Would definitely recommend this place for your next winery event!

Great view and large outdoor shaded seating area. Check out all the awards for their wines. Visited this location during COVID-19 and the staff and establishment was following local municipal and state guidelines to ensure the safety of consumers. Appropriate documentation upon entering requesting for patrons to follow safety guidelines and employees wore face masks. This location was still offering flights and only had outdoor seating open. Call ahead for operating times and capacity update for seating/wait time expectations.

Stopped in for other than a wine tasting, ended up trying their wine anyway lol. They have a wine slushy that is absolutely delicious and I'm not really a wine guy. Great location on the Southern Illinois wine trail, will be returning.

Loved this place. First time there. We had a Birthday Party and the Lady serving at the Bar was very nice. Sorry I didnt get her name. The kids there you could tell they were having fun.

This place was beautiful and the staff was great. The food and wine was excellent. We just had my high school reunion there and the atmosphere was beautiful. We will be back one day.

Sitting outside and listening to the fountain while drinking Super Nova was such a great way to spend an evening. The salad with paprika dressing is sooooo good!

Great wine and beautiful views here. So peaceful with friendly staff. Definitely try their slushees when you swing through!! They’re a must have, no matter your wine preference!

Star view has always been one of my favorite local wineries. The wine slushees are amazing! They have pulled pork nachos that are awesome as well! They often have live music playing outside. Overall a very laid back beautiful atmosphere.

Enjoyed this stop on the Shawnee Wine Trail. The dry wines were pleasant. The sweet wines are what we bought. And an exquisite slice of cheesecake. Yum.

Loved this winery! It has a gorgeous view from the back deck, and you have to try the wine slushies. Yum! We'll be back!

Awesome place! Jess is an absolute awesome employee! She was very knowledgeable on the wines. Slushes are phenomenal and Gouda all the way!

Sit on the outdoor patio in shade or sun and enjoy the wine tasting. The whites and reds were great.

Peach pineapple sangria was amazing!! Bought a bottle to take home!!

We enjoyed a great wine flight as well as a delicious pulled pork sandwich while here. The view was beautiful and I really enjoyed watching patrons feed the fish and turtles that were swimming in the pond below the deck. The winery was overwhelmed with patrons as there was a tour bus with about fifty people, however this didn't stop them from being able to assist everyone in a timely manner. We will definitely be coming back here.
