Went in yesterday to test drive a ’23 Toyota Corolla I was interested in and was lucky enough to be able to leave with it that same day all thanks to Darek! Fantastic salesman! He did an awesome job explaining everything and being patient with me when it came to all the questions I had to ask, making me feel comfortable with the whole car buying process. Jerry is always attentive to any issues that arise: delivery date updates, maintenance recalls, used car value updates and whatever he can do to make buying or selling a car easier. Have been looking for a new Toyota 4 Runner and live in Indiana. Searched several dealers in and around the Midwest. Was very fortunate to get a call from Kevin in the internet department informing me of a 4 Runner in stock. Was in Chicago already and came to Schaumburg Toyota and met with Bruce. I truly enjoyed working with Bruce as he was professional and had all the information I needed to make a great decision to put a deposit down to hold the car until I could bring my wife to see the 4 Runner. Came in on Friday and Bruce had the car ready to go and assisted my wife in going over some of the new features she did not have in her 2016 4 Runner. The entire team was amazing at Schaumburg Toyota! Mike in Finance made this the easiest purchase I have ever dealt with and no pressure. We live in NW Indiana and I will make that trip back to Schaumburg Toyota to get my next Toyota vehicle. I didn't think I'd be leaving with a car today because I was mostly just looking at cars. I actually had another appointment at Tesla down the street. After working with Sasha and looking at what he had available in inventory, it just made sense to make the move into a newer vehicle. He was very flexible and super eager and motivated to help. Very pleasant experience working with Gabriel Cacho as my salesperson. I went in to look at a used vehicle and drove it home within a few hours. The negotiation was fair and respectful and I felt like my time was not being wasted. No games, just straight talk and a swift transaction. The vehicle was a one owner, no accidents, and all records/receipts were left in the car. Very nice experience at Schaumburg Toyota.

Always a pleasure going to this Toyota dealership! Staffed with helpful people of different cultural heritage from around the world so you won't feel out of place.

The place is very accessible and right in the middle of Schaumburg so there's a lot of eating places to go to. And did I mention Woodfield Mall is nearby?

But if you don't want to go anywhere else they have a nice lounge where you can relax and charge your phone while having a coffee, which you can have for free via 2 latte machines. There's also a vending machine for snacks.

My family has purchased 8 vehicles from Schaumburg Toyota over the years, so obviously we love this dealership! From sales to vehicle service, they are knowledgeable about their products and responsive to questions and concerns. Jerry McDuffie, our one and only salesman, has gone above and beyond to make sure we are always completely satisfied with our purchase which is why we keep going back!

I received immediate attention from a polite and professional service member. They inspected the vehicle in detail and the job was performed within the quoted time limit. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely use their service in the future!

Derek and Peter where do I start? Absolutely amazing experience! I wanted a 2023 4runner off road premium in magnetic grey and these guys found me exactly that! I picked it up today was in and out of finance due to them having everything ready as soon as I walked in the door ! I'm a straight shot guy being in the sales business myself and these guys made everything a breeze! I will be back to purchase a supra in the near future ! Loved working with Grant to find the perfect Rav4 for adventures! I recommend this dealership, and am still in love with my new car--even though it's been like 6 weeks now. Plan to drive it forever but if that doesn't happen I'll come back here.

Shout to Igor the manager and Alija for being patient and ready to explain things properly and being helpful. Do not see Emanuel he was rude and did not know how to be polite … had he been polite, he would have had a sale that wa so easy! We walked in at 2pm day before Christmas and closed the deal at 310pm. I am not one wanting to be the one to give a bad personal review, but he deserves it after his passive aggressive comments about everyone have a good Christmas good customers and bad customers…. I wanted to go and be uncivilized with him, but my momma taught me right! This will sting more as it affects his wallet! Moral of the story…Igor saved us and prevented us from walking out the door..took time to deescalate and start fresh and we bought the car…. Meaning my buddy did… but the rudeness was so much that I had to write a good and bad review! Great service in the end!

I don’t take the time to write reviews often, but had a great experience working with Derek Gniadek from the sales team. I was in the market for a used vehicle and he was very easy to work with. Honest, straightforward, and to the point which I appreciate. Even after the sale was complete he went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed.
