I’m a new patient @ rush ent . My experience was good ! My Dr. is nice and professional . He explained everything to me. but the Audiologist need to be more friendlier. & overall they nice

scale may be misleading/broken. Dr. was professional, courteous and diligent.

After ending up in Rush Copley ER for a nosebleed, we were steered to this out of network doctor and urged to have him remove the rhino rocket after 48 hours.

After Carol here scheduled it, she called back demanding a referral for coverage. Then Carol denied receiving the referral as our Advocate care team repeatedly sent the referral verbally and by fax. Carol had me on the phone all afternoon for two days going back and forth between her and Advocate as she kept denying the referral that she demanded.

Finally, her colleague Alma said that this doctor does not accept referrals. Rush Copley canceled my mom’s appointment with Michael Eggerstedt on the morning of. Fortunately, Advocate helped me schedule an appointment in network.

It feels like Rush Copley steered us away from our coverage, and then Carol lied about the nonexistent referral process to lock us into this appointment.

Every time we end up at Rush Copley ED, we are cursed with rushed, negligent, misguided and manipulative “care”.

If I could give negative stars I would. This office is a joke! I arrived 5 min late after going to the wrong building holding my sick child and being 6 months pregnant and when I arrived I was told my son could not be seen due to the doctors schedule being fully booked! Are you kidding? They are not about putting patients first. All offices I go to give at least 10 min max 15 min late window. Mind you not one patient was in the waiting room when I arrived! I will never go back and will find a doctor who truly puts patients first then worried about getting out of the office on time. Ha!
