This office was so helpful in finding out what happened to a package for me. It turns out the item I ordered was part of a scam. I am so grateful for their help. Great problem solving and follow up.

Call to inquire about a package that said was delivered but wasn't, called and spoke to Heather who was able to immediately resolve my problem by telling me it was delivered to my neighbor's house. Would give 10 Stars if I could have to hand it to the post office for all the stuff they have to deal with.

The first “lady” who served me today clearly hates her job…rude, and no help at all. I did not need to be told they close in 20 minutes, plenty of time to mail a package! Thankfully, due to her lack of customer service skills and laziness, she passed the task onto her co-worker who was much more professional and polite.

We stopped our mail December 5-9, having our mail delivered on dec 10. We did not get any mail on Saturday December 10. What happened? I will be at the Post Office Monday morning and pick up our Mal.
