Tony's Steakhouse and Bar

so much more to this place than you know. They infuse their own liqueur here so check that out and are super accommodating to whatever requests they can and i recommend you ask for the Brussels sprouts deep fried. The place is cool without trying especially the dining room side and the whole crew is clearly having a good time. It is such a fun experience and the prices are best in town.

Back again and back to 5 stars. The steaks were amazing and the service was phenomenal! Make sure to check them out. Also if you want a more laid back atmosphere the bar side is just as enjoyable.

Had a couple issues with my steak. We still love it here though. But with an issue I needed to give 4 stars. Other reviews have been 5 star for here. I will come back and edit or change after I visit again.

We absolutely loved Tony's! I took my girlfriend here on our fifth anniversary, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious (especially the pepperloin!), the staff were great, and the atmosphere was perfect. In fact, our dinner here gave me the final push of confidence to propose to her after we left! We will certainly be back.

The food was so good here! We came in kinda close to them closing, like 40mins before and they were very kind, seated us, took our orders, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely would come back if we make the trip from Texas to here again! Thank you! Also, the food was so good!

Amazing experience. The food was stellar. This is by far the best or second best steak in the metro area. Theres only one other close and this means a great deal coming from me. Superb isn't strong enough, divine is closer. Get the pepper loin. It's phenomenal. The stuffed mushrooms were delectable. The brussels sprouts were a little crisp for my tastes but still very good.

We were looking for a place that had a patio because I was traveling with my tiny dog. Tony's ended up being the perfect spot to spend the night with my brothers. We enjoyed the steak and especially the drinks!

Didn't make reservations but we arrived shortly after they opened. Dining room seating is very nice, it did get busy after we left around 5pm. We had the ribeye and shrimp with scallops with linguine noodles. For an appetizer we tried the calamari and it was also very delicious. Our waitress was excellent. Everything was cooked and prepared well. You get your moneys worth. Definitely coming back.

We got the Family Pizza Carryout Deal. There was enough food for the 5 that were here, and I had enough pizza left over to have lunch the next day. The price was fantastic. It was only like $6/person. You can do McDonalds for that cheap.....or that good. I think there was like 4 different dressing for the salad, as well. This wasn't the 1st time we've done this special, nor will it be the last. If you don't know what to have on a Tuesday or Thursday night, call this deal in, you'll be happy you did.

Just shared a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner with my wife at Tony’s. Everything from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere was perfect. We had the fillet and jumbo scallops. Both were excellent!

This place was busy on a Saturday night for one reason... the food was fantastic. Peppercorn steak that melts in your mouth. Chicken parm perfection. Get dressed up and go. The staff was great and the streets outside were well lit. Alton may be a few extra miles to drive, but it's worth it for every single bite.

Had a wonderful time celebrating my father's 82nd birthday with my sisters and nephew at Tony's! Everyone absolutely loved their meal (save me, unfortunately. The scallops with lobster risotto sounded better in theory than execution), but the fact that my father LOVED his peppercorn steak and it was still succulent and delicious despite the fact that he always, always, always orders a well-done steak (and most places just stop caring the minute he makes the request) made me so happy! He said it was one of the best steaks he's had in the STL metro area and we go to a new steakhouse every time I come home. We've gone to some pretty high-end places that were crazy expensive, yet this was THE BEST STEAK he has had so far. He was so full and so happy. They also made us all feel special with such a warm welcome, great waitress in Rose, AND a great table. Plus, the meal was very economical for five people. Definitely worth the visit and since my dad lives near Alton, Ill. we'll probably be back! Thank you, Tony's!

My first time here......and I will come BACk! Our food was hot nice presentation. The atmosphere was elegant and warm. Great place to go for a date night. They have a dining for two deal wine drinks(bottle) steak salmon and a dessert. My rating....FULL BELLY!!

Went there for their pizza special. Appetizer ..... Asiago cheese dip with pita triangles. Excellent ! One sausage and mushroom and one anchovie and mushroom pizza. Both were outstanding and much larger than we expected. Took half of each pizza home. Opted, for $3 more , for a house salad with the best house dressing around. $15 for pizza and salad, great bargin ! Server Cody Anthony did a very good job. We will be back !

Here now..this nostalgic restaurant has been around since I was a teen (45 years ago) !!
This is my first visit ever, I've lived out of state until now. So far, the bar and service is off the chart!! The best ribeye and cocktails I've had in a long time! Bring your best gal or guy and enjoy some excellent food!!

We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Service was good. I ordered the salmon with vegetables on the side. The meal also included a salad. The food was delicious. It was a Friday evening and very busy. It was quite noisy and hard to carry on a conversation as the evening went on.

I can’t believe we’ve gone this long in life without coming to this place. This was probably of of these best dinners we’ve had.

Hospitality, food, service, etc. 10/10. I can’t wait to plan another night here.

We had a wonderful waitress, Tiffany. The food was absolutely delicious. Very pleasant evening.

First time at their new location. Took advantage if their happy hour prices for some tuna and a truly excellent Salted Carmel Martini. The Cajun pasta (with chicken and shrimp) that I had was huge and excellent as well.
