The staff was very nice and professional. I wasn't sure which size storage unit I needed, so I was shown two different sizes to choose from. Loved the 1st month free rent! The building is nice and climate-controlled. The lady gave me packing tips as well as suggestions to make things easier. I would recommend CubeSmart to others needing a storage unit.

Helpful people. Clean and secure environment. Having been in storage units at 100 degrees and 0 degrees - paying a little extra to be inside makes great sense. It's also nice to not have a roof on each unit which really improves the lighting situation vs. traditional storage units.

After getting evicted by Belleville Eagle Realty Co. which is one of the most grimiest, untrustworthy, bad reputation having Property Management Company ever! I can’t remember the manager that helped me, but he was well spoken, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The process was explained to me in detail. The rates, rate increases, everything I needed to know about the storage facility. He was warm and compassionate and I really appreciated it because I was going through a difficult time and for a minute I didn’t think about my reality. I definitely recommend this company

Lucas has and will always be a joy to work with. He's always patient, polite and very informative. When you call the facility, he knows who you are almost immediately. Lucas was very helpful and nice. The first month free was great but I wish there were more smaller units available. If there were, then I would have kept my storage.

Perfect for our storage needs. Rented a 10 X 20 climate controlled unit and was impressed with how clean everything was. Lucas has been awesome to work with and takes great care of the facility. Highly recommend!

I’ve used a lot of storage places throughout my life and Affordable Family Storage is the BEST ! Everything from reserving the storage unit online to meeting the Representative while at the Unit was pure pleasure. No difference from what I was told and what I paid. Nice. Clean Easy Access

Wonderful experience, very clean, well lighted and maintained facility. The young man that helped me was excellent as well. Very helpful in suggesting things and helping me find what worked best for me. I am so excited to have a storage area that I can use close to my house that I feel I can trust. Very well lit, cameras every where inside you have your own door code key combo so it is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this company and this location.

Rachel Boyd was very nice, knowledgeable & very accommodating! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the building. I feel the prices are a bit high, but I like the controlled climate. The one thing that I am not happy about is that the rent is raised every six months. I totally think this is inappropriate and entirely too many increases in a years time. I will not stay for the six months and pay more than the current cost of $130/month for 10 x 15. I can MAYBE understand once a year, but not twice a year. Had I been told this before my card was charged, I would NOT have rented this unit.

RACHEL was awesome! She was very helpful and answered all our questions. She has the best customer service. Extremely friendly and outgoing. Facility was clean and well maintained. Liked the numerous security cameras. The onsite manager (Rachel) was friendly and accommodated my request to view the units. She as efficient in completing the leasing process and paperwork. I recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for an affordable storage location.

Lucus was so thorough and kind, which made the renting process quick and easy. Building appears to be very secure as well. Will definitely be recommending Affordable Family Storage.

I can't say enough great things about Rachel! Always friendly, upbeat, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to please. The units are great and easy to get to with more than adequate space at a reasonable rate! Plenty of carts to use of different shapes and sizes to meet your needs.
