I hope I have the office correct. Lauren answered my phone call and was so helpful. I needed to clarify several items on multiple accounts. She was patient and knowledgeable, giving me all the information I needed and also set me up with another member of the staff to further help me with another matter. Thank you so much, Lauren!

I have banked with PFCU for years and they have always had the best service. I recently got a car loan through them; not only did they offer the best rates, but Cindy Laurix and Sherry Scott really went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of by the car dealer's deadline, even at short notice. What a great organization. I am extremely happy with the level of service provided. From Todd in the Finance Department to Theresa the Executive VP they are on your side. They truly care about their membership.

My experience with Natasha was excellent; she was extremely helpful in getting me a loan. She went above and beyond to secure it for me!

Sherry is the freaking QUEEN! She handled my car purchase beautifully. I was anxious because I bought a car on Carvana, which I'd never done. Plus, I was leaving for vacation in a couple days. She handled everything like a pro. She was efficient, knowledgable, and calming. I appreciated her humor. It really helped relax me. I need Sherry as my life coach! Thank you!
