The staff was incredibly kind & helpful. The hotel was very clean & aesthetic. The rooms were great, & the location was perfect, easy access to so many attractions & restaurants. As well as right off the highway that took us straight to United Center in Chicago in just 30 min.

Very nice staff, affordable, nicest bathroom I've seen in a hotel, bathtub even had jets! They even had a separate trash can in room for recycling. Will 100 percent stay there every time we're in town.

My experience was great, wonderful room and I had a good night's sleep. Good shower and good water pressure. Great for what I paid for.

We had a great stay at this Wyndham Garden hotel, which is a franchise location. Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, though surprisingly or room, and it seems the entire hotel was out of hand soap. Check out was also quick and easy, and we would definitely stay there again!

I’ve come here a lot due to Priceline and their express deals! Rush and roulette of the hotel rooms in the area.

Wyndham Garden in the pictures looks amazing! But it could be better…The service is great and the staff are awesome!! But the rooms could be cleaner. The towels are dingy and look like they are not bleached. There’s always hair in the bathroom and just not as clean as a hotel bathroom should be! The sheets always look dingy as well like nothing gets bleached. I pray that’s not the case, because, hotel sheets should look bright white.
The tvs are not that great, there are no movie channels like that. Just like basic cable type tv. I feel like this hotel should be on the up and up being in the location that it’s in. Especially being next to woodfield, streets of woodfield, ikea, Perry’s steakhouse, Wildfire, Capital Grille and all these other fancier hotels they would want to step their game up!!

Hopefully change will come and it will be a better hotel yet to come. I think cleanliness should be more focused at this hotel in my opinion.
But all in all I give this hotel a 7/10.

Nice location close to the convention center. Friendly and helpful staff makes you feel welcome. Rooms are nice and clean. Perfect for stay during conventions. Would choose again.
Uber was about 35$ from O'Hara airport.

Good hotel with good location easy to find on google map.
They have good rooms with good space in the room.
Room has locker, refrigerator, microwave, iron, iron board, smart TV, telephone etc
Hotel provides complementary breakfast.
Hotel has swimming pool and good sitting area near reception has wheelchair accessible entrance, and lift which connects you to the different floor of the hotel. Hotel has four floors and each floor has 40 to 50 rooms in each floor.
You will find ice dispenser in each floor.
Housekeeping staff was very good, they give you instant service if you require any assistance.
Out of 10 i would give this hotel 9.

A lot of people complain about this place but my stay there was just fine. Staff friendly, it did smell of food a lot but who the he'll complains about the smell of curry anyways?! Rooms were decent. Don't turn the fridges passed 1 or everything will freeze. It's a short walk to the convention center. Price was great. Nothing bad to say. I experienced non of the issues others say they experienced.

They go up and beyond to make you feel comfortable as if your staying with relatives who you enjoy seeing and being around. The entire staff there are genuinely kind hearted and happy to asset you. The rooms and sleeping arrangements are a high quality standards that ensure your able rest so your ready for the next days adventure. To top it off get goats milk hand soap that makes you love washing your hands. The best is saved for last and that is there amazing twin lake's that have water fountains. They are a home to ducks, geese, sand hill crans, white crans, a beaver, fishes, frogs and a hole family of other species of animals. Its truly is amazing how walking around the lakes makes you feel. Walk around it at different time of the day for the suns position and wind speed creates a different feeling. The sun changes color which changes the color of the whole environment. The wind speed changes direction and speed which changes the ripple patterns and the sun's reflection creates a magical view at all angles when walking around the lake. Different types of birds comes out at different times as well. Life is shorter than we all truly think, so take time with your loved ones and enjoy the blessing of these lakes they have when you stay here on your next visit to the Schaumburg area.

Big clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Bathroom was clean too, just that the top side of the towel shelf in the bathroom had some dust and can be improvised.

Has facilities like gym and swimming pool.. One can also enjoy the lakeside walk.

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff helped me as much as possible. I stayed for a four day conference. The convention center was a little too much for my budget so I stayed within a 10 minute walking distance which was nice and quiet and safe. I bought food at Trader Joe’s nearby and cooked it in my microwave. The fridge and microwave were so useful for a longer stay! The beds were comfortable and clean. WiFi was great. I didn’t get breakfast here since I was able to buy my own food. Very quiet hotel too.

Was sent here by American Airlines on a voucher. The staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating. They worked very quickly and with good humour trying to get everyone quickly checked into their rooms. They offered cold bottled water and some basic toiletries. The room I received was clean and warm. The hotel could use some minor upgrades but overall deserves 5 stars.

Quiet, Clean, beautiful landscape with a paved walking trail around a huge pond with fountains and ducks. Room was clean, service was very good.

Nice big room, nice and clean. Had a good 6 day stay here, staff very friendly. Very close to the convention center in Schaumburg. Reasonable prices!

The hotel overall is in good condition. We checked in late and the hotel staff didn't have any issues with that. Our room was clean and even had a small fridge and microwave.

The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were not the typical small flimsy pillows like you often get.

Would recommend as a good place to stay if your in the area.

I was very impressed with this hotel. We had a great stay all around. The staff was wonderful, especially the woman that checked us in. (I don't remember her name, but it was around 2:30 pm on Saturday and she was the only one there.) She was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. The rooms are beautiful. They're very well maintained and extremely clean. There is a microwave and a mini fridge in each room, which is very nice to have. The pool is very clean and well maintained also. There is a beautiful pond behind the hotel with a sidewalk to walk around it. It was very pretty at night with the fountain and lights shining on the water. Although we didn't have a chance to eat there, they do have a restaurant/lounge attached to the hotel. From what I saw of it while passing by, it looked really nice. (They also offer room service.) Parking is free and this property is in a nice location right off the main street, so it's easy to find. I would recommend this hotel to everyone- families, travelers, people like us that wanted to get away for the weekend without going too far, etc. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and will be coming back for more "staycations" in the future.

I got back from Chicago about a week ago. My stay here was awesome! It was quiet, it's a safe neighborhood, the food places surrounding it are really good and there's a diverse selection. They did an awesome job cleaning up upon request (they only clean upon request as a lot of people don't want anyone in their rooms during the stay). It was a wonderful experience and I'll stay the next time I'm visiting!

I frequent Wyndham properties often and have come to expect a certain type of accommodation and service. This property has EXCEEDED my expectations very much. From check in to check out, my friends(a wedding party) and I felt very taken care of. The rooms were perfect and clean. The hotel itself was convenient. The value for what we paid was spectacular. But what really stood out was the amazing hospitality and service we received. Huge Kudos to Nicole, Catrina, and Maria for providing such top notch service and for dealing with our crazy group. We sincerely appreciate everything! Will definitely return to this hotel when in the area again. Thank you!!!!
