Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, cozy room, we slept well which is much appreciated as my Son and I have had a difficult travel experience. What began as an upsetting situation, turned into the hospitality we needed. You don't know what others are going through, and this made all the difference. Thank you for the St. Louis charm!

I unfortunately, did not have the best experience at this hotel. I am highly allergic to smoke. We were I our room for maybe 30 mins and my reaction got progressively worse. When my husband first called the customer service desk they said they would have somebody come spray the room. If anybody knows anything about allergies it doesn't help if you spray a room. Finally after discussing my allergies they had us come down to try to fix it. The manager was horribly ride. She acted ad if we were trying to get over on them. She was accused us of being there for a few hours. We were not. She said the room was used out of place. It was not.
The from desk man was very helpful and stood up for us. He was the only saving grace in this place. I would not recommend this place.

Awesome place, me and wife have been here numerous times and it never fails to impress us with it's beautiful architecture and nice, friendly staff. They have a skywalk to the casino so you don't have to get out in the weather and the rooms are very modern and incredibly comfortable. I would highly suggest this place to anyone whether you gamble or not it's location in downtown STL makes it the perfect place to stay if you find yourself in the Lou.

My sister called me and said her water pipes had burst and they had no bathroom facilities to use at home. I immediately called the lumiere hotel to see if they had any rooms that were available for Thursday and Friday nights. They told me since I was a ceasar Rewards member and based on my playing time at the casino, I could get two comp rooms. When the time came to check in to the room at 4:00 pm, I arrived at the casino and parked on the free parking lot. I went in and they were waiting at the front desk and immediately checked me in and gave me a parking pass along with my room keys and two bottles of water.

It is fair to say that this hotel is a little dated. That's just an honest opinion. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the accommodations, rooms or anything else. Simply it was built in a different era. All the rooms have a door out onto the balcony and are in fact suites.

Now, a couple of negatives The check-in process was laborious at best and considering the efforts of the group leader had gone to, we should not have had to put up with what we did. When there is a credit card on file for the group there is a credit on file end the story.

The hotel itself felt very secure. However, venturing outside particularly after dark is definitely putting yourself a little bit of risk. Well, nothing happened. There's definitely some shady characters wandering around out there. And the homeless encampment about a block and a half away. Does the fact that they are homeless make them bad people? No, it does not. It is simply an observation. There are however warning signs in the hotel regarding personal safety and what to do and not to do, which I would definitely follow.

Very nice atmosphere. All that you would expect and then some. Whether you're getting away from the kids for a weekend or needing a place to stay while here on business this will do ya just fine.

I had a wonderful experience and so did my hubby that was the birthday boy. Now I'm not going to lie, I own a cleaning business I do vacation rentals at Lake of the Ozarks. The rooms are not the cleanest, they could use a lot of work on mirrors and shower doors. We had a Kleenex box that had nine Kleenex used to fold into a flower and there were streaks all over the mirrors and glass. I would have my staff cleaning and not making Kleenex flowers! But if we ask for more towels they were brought up, he needed more coffee they brought it right up. Everybody was very pleasant and it's a beautiful Hotel with the Skywalk over to the casino and everybody over there was friendly so we had a great experience! Will definitely go there again, and bring a couple pillows LOL

I was hesitant staying here from some reviews. Front desk was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.
Room was clean and had a good view of the Landing. Very spacious with bar, living room as well.
Staff was helpful and friendly, as well. They also have a shuttle that takes you to and from Cardinal games. I would stay again!

Very nice hotel and connects to the casino. Easy parking, have a open lot or a parking garage.

I got here really early in the morning had a comp and seemed like I was getting a little trouble but didn't the rooms could be updated and they definitely need some smart TVs with Roku in this place. The view is amazing..

While I admit the I was staying at another hotel within walking distance, I was provided outstanding service! My partner had a migraine and had forgotten relief. The hotel I am staying at did not have access to any assistance and sent me to a location after hours of operation (even though they are joined and associated with the building). Even though I was not a guest, this hotel made an exception to let me through to the front desk to purchase medication and resolve my chaotic night! The staff was very kind and helped in my time of need! Thank you for the compassion and professionalism!

Staff was excellent and knowledgeable... rooms are nice and big beds are comfortable to that's hard to find..

The hotel boasts a highly convenient location, situated just steps away from the bustling riverwalk, iconic arch, and the bustling convention center. Additionally, the hotel offers the added excitement of a casino right on its premises. While the gym could benefit from some modernization and updated equipment, my overall experience was truly exceptional.

Absolutely gorgeous! There is not a bad view here as it overlooks downtown St.Louis. We parked in the garage at $21 a night other than valet at $48 nightly. Starbucks, The BrewHouse and my favorite, Ruth Chris Steakhouse is located in this hotel in which we visited for my husband’s birthday. The food was excellent and so was the service. You have access to casino’s, corner market and more all within walking distance. Downtown St. Louis is absolutely beautiful!!! Loved my stay!

Downtown location close to the arch. Security was tight as you had to have a room key to use the elevator and the walkway to the casino. Convenient access to the casino and several restaurants. We had a suite and loved it. Staff are always willing to help.

Room was great, very clean and spacious. Also had a beautiful view of the river.
The manager (my fault I forgot to get his name) was very helpful and responsive when it came to resolving an issue that arose! I would recommend and if I'm ever in the area again I know where I will be staying.

Enjoy our stay. Rooms and lobby were clean. Very nice view from our river side room and bonus that the casino is connected to the hotel.

Attending a convention here in St.Louis, the hotel is lovely. I am very pleased with my room which gives me a view of the river, it's spacious with a sitting area and a table for two to dine. The Horseshoe Casino is accessible by a walk way from the hotel. Lovely 🌹

This hotel had beautiful rooms that were very clean. Excellent service at the Front desk and great security as well.

Amazing! For the price of a "cheaper" hotel, but amazing location, room eas exquisite! And the staff was polite and helpful. Will be going back when I go back to the Lou.
