Oasis Roofing

We had them do the roof last November and I waited to write review so I could give an accurate assessment of the quality.

Exceptional contractor. I spent time last year looking at various roofing contractors, reading reviews and getting a quote from four different contractors. They were well priced in comparison to the others and Nathan spent time talking with me and coming back out to talk some more. He had Jessica send us some roofs they had done using the colors we had chosen so we could look at what it looked liked as full roof and not just a sample.

We decided to go with Oasis because of the quality of product, willingness to work with things I wanted like requesting certain products be used, having a metal chimney removed and the level of ice barrier I wanted. All they accommodate and were very friendly about it. I never felt once like I was bothering them with any of my requests or inquiries.

So last November we had them do the roof as well as new guttering. When I first called about getting the quote I dealt with Jessica, whom is very friendly and helpful. Nathan came out and did the estimate and handled the various questions and requests I had. Once the project was started Mike and Brent dealt with the project and the team that was out doing the work and addressing any project issues. I also dealt quite a bit with Jessica via e-mail, phone, and in person. All of them were very friendly to work with and very responsive to everything. Mike was very easy to work with when issues came up with the roof and contacted me immediately and worked with me to handle the issues. Brent was very friendly and kept contact as well.

The team they had out to do the roof was excellent. Very friendly and did a very professional job including an immaculate clean-up afterwards. I was highly impressed. I did find a couple of nails and a little debris (like very little) which really amazed me because roofing jobs can be very messy jobs and being able to get that much of the job site afterwards cleaned up with only a couple things missed is quite impressive.

The team that did the gutters were also very friendly, quick, and did quality work.

Now the roof itself...It looks amazing and the quality is just as amazing. They even came back during final inspection and painted my exhaust pipes so they looked better with new roof color. As I said I waited to write this review because I wanted to give it time...so in the 3 months since the work was done we have have a few windstorms of 50mph or higher gusts everything is still in place. We have have a few thunderstorms and downright downpours and there were no leaks in the attic and the gutters handled the heavy flow easily. We had snow with no issues and including at least one really nice ice storm that covered everything in a decent layer of ice. None of which caused any issues with the roof. No shingles out of place, no leaks anywhere (and I've checked a few times), and the gutters handle the flow just fine even on a heavy downpour.

If you want a quality job done by a group of friendly caring people this is your place. Nathan, Mike, Jessica, Brent and their crew do an exceptional job and are very friendly about it. It was a very pleasant experience. I appreciate them and would recommend to anyone that needs to have roof and gutter work done.

Very pleased with the job Oasis did for my roof replacement. The staff that helped me, Nathan, Mike & TJ, went out of their way to be helpful. The roof looks beautiful. This job went so smoothly and so well, that I actually cannot think of anything that they could do to improve their service. Outstanding. A rare find among construction contractors. HIGHLY recommend Oasis Roofing. We recently had both roof and gutters replaced, and these guys did a great job. Worked with Nathan quite a bit on a very detailed estimate for the work. Everything was explained and communicated well. Whole team of Nathan, Mike, Brent, and Jessica were very professional. The crews that came and did the work were great and did a good job of cleaning away debris and nails. Very happy with the quality of the work and roof/gutters look really good.

The job was very professionally accomplished and the cleanup was meticulous (I searched my driveway, porch & lawn & couldn’t find one single nail!). Love the way these folks do business. First was met by Jennifer, then Mike and Nathan. All very professional yet personable. All very detail oriented. The reason I contacted them is because I saw 3 of the houses they did work on several years ago and each was holding up well. Fair, trustworthy and likable. I’ll be back.

I can't imagine a better experience than we've had with Oasis; our new roof was absolutely perfect from the first conversation to the last. They consistently demonstrate the highest possible quality, integrity, and customer service. They are there when they say they will be, and they deliver on so many details that other contractors miss - like extra attention to detail on same-day installation, thorough clean-up, and follow-up customer service to ensure absolute satisfaction. When the job is done, you'd never know they'd been there except for the beautiful new roof. We'll never use anyone but Oasis!

We had a great experience with Oasis roofing. Mike and his team visited our home multiple times to home prior and following the job to address all of our concerns. He worked directly with our insurance company to expedite our claim. Billing and communications were top notch. In the end, we were very happy with the crew and the care they gave our home. Would highly recommend.

Due to hail damage, we needed a new roof, siding, gutters and screens . We made the initial contact with our insurance company, they gave us an estimate that included only 1/2 of a new roof .
We needed help and didn’t know who to call . Oasis came highly recommended by a professional tradesman we knew.
Nathan came out and looked at the damage and a few days later gave us his detailed estimate , which included a ‘whole’ new roof.
Nathan worked with the insurance adjuster, which included email correspondence and even a call to the adjusters supervisor.
Nathan got the job done for us , including a whole new roof , not just a 1/2 of a new roof .
Nathan , and Mike too, went above and beyond our expectations. They treated us like family .
Oasis is dependable, courteous, respectful and most importantly quality work.

We got several quotes for skylight replacement and roof repair from various companies. Oasis gave us the lowest bid and the most confidence that the job would be done correctly. They were knowledgable about what the repair would involve to not have more problems in the future and what options we had to best fit the space. They were timely in all the repairs and had quality people handing every step of the process. We would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs roof, siding or skylight repairs or installs.

Mike was down the street working another project and I asked if he would take a look at the electrical mast on my roof, if he had time. Before he left for the area, he stopped by and provided me with the information I needed to reseal or replace the mast.
Very professional interaction and if I take him up on his suggestions, I will update this review.

Working with Mike and Oasis has been fantastic! We have worked with some crummy contractors before, and Oasis has been a breath of fresh air. They have been true to every promise they made us, and answered all my questions and concerns promptly. Even with as busy as everyone was last summer after the hail storm. Oasis worked closely with our insurance company to make sure that all damage was covered. We actually realized this year that we had been given money to fix the roof on our shed as well. Oasis looked up the estimate from the insurance company right away, and we are in the works to get that done too. Not everyone would be so quick to fix a mistake (or even admit it). Oasis will be our go to contractor from now on for sure!

Hail storms have required us to get 2 new roofs in the last ten years and I wouldn’t think of calling anyone other than Oasis. They are locally owned, family operated and they are so easy to work with. I always feel like I am their only customer because their customer service is above and beyond!! I highly recommend Oasis.

The experience I had using Oasis for my roof replacement due to storm damage. They were prompt when I initially contacted them. They have a great level of professionalism and they gave me an excellent product. I definitely will be using them if ever I need this type of work done again.

Very reasonably priced. They do excellent work and they found damage to my roof that another company missed whenever they came out to give me an estimate. They fixed my roof and no problems since.
I also love the fact that they were super fast with the estimate and repairs.

They truly are a blessing to my family. We had a tree fall on our house and the insurance company tried not paying for the damages.
