They were hands on. They showed me how the sleep machine works and asked me to personally take pieces of the machine off and back on again, which was really helpful. I put the mask on and tried it out and asked more questions. The staff was friendly and helpful! I’m happy to finally be able to use my machine and get some much needed sleep! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

I was at the office twice; first to have a fitting and pick up my equipment, and second to make an adjustment. Both times were completely helpful and painless. When I say painless I mean no run around or vague promises.
I’m happy to say both times were exceptional experiences. And I walked away smiling. That doesn’t happen very often these days!

Every time I have needed service for my in home equipment, this company has provided excellent service. The technicians are very nice and prompt. The equipment is usually lasts a long time. IV & Respiratory Care are so much better than their competitors.

I love the quick response times. My son is 1 who tends to need oxygen refills a lot! Each time I call, they never question me, they will just send someone out. There was never a time that we had to sit without oxygen or any equipment. I love this company!!!! I am so happy that this company was assigned to us. It makes having a kid with superhero powers so easy☺❤

Crystal was helpful and knowledgeable with the equipment I received. I appreciated her personal approach to my visit and orientation to the product.

Technician explained how the Rollator works and offered to change the height setting but it was perfect. He showed me how to set the brakes and reminded me not to sit down on it unless the brakes were set. Great job!

Amanda was great. Reception staff great. The problem is your phone number. I tried 4 times using the number you list on your website. I connected to someone in Texas, someone in out-state Missouri and twice I gave up due to the lengthy menu options required to simply speak to someone. I suggest you get a direct line so folks can contact you without all the hassle. Thank you Amanda for solving my problem.

The place was clean and nice. Plenty of seating and the bathroom was clean. Altars was both polite and knowledge. She gave me time and listened well.

Sharold was amazing! She took the time to explain everything to me. Very nice she answered all my questions. She made sure that I would know how to work my machine and clean and care for my machine. She had me try on mask for my CPAP I mean she went above and beyond anything I expected.
As soon as I got home I was able to hook it up without any problems whatsoever. Thank you very much for all your care and concern!

Already had a bad experience with the sleep study test that was done, was absolutely not looking forward to discussing a cpap headset. I found the tech refreshing, listened to ME, figured out best option for ME. I've used the cpap since received, have had VERY good sleep, I thank Adapt Health/IV & Respiratory for the professionalism and caring of their staff. I actually FEEL better just after a few days, amazing!
