I can not say enough about Little Oak Cafe!! They catered our wedding at Flamig Farm and I wish I could give them a hundred stars. David was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with, I called a bunch of different food vendors and he hands down was clearly the person we wanted when I first spoke with him. He listened, was super calm, easy and just like an awesome all around person. All the staff who helped cater the wedding were the nicest people ever, we got so many compliments on the food and how amazing it was (I wish I had more food specific pictures but I shared some of the wedding too so you can get a vibe it was 160 people). One of our guests runs a restaurant in Nantucket and literally said the carrot wedding cake Little Oak made was the best cake he'd ever had in his life! It rained pretty hard at our wedding and I can't say enough about how blown away I was by the service, I felt like every time I looked up someone would be there asking what I needed, and everyone adjusted as needed with the rain. Also worth noting that we were coming from out of town (Seattle) and when we came in to meet everyone week of the wedding David literally gave us some pre made meals cause he said he knew our week would be pretty hectic - the absolute nicest people ever. THANK YOU so much David and team for making our wedding perfect. We cannot recommend you enough!

Little Oak Cafe for lunch was great. Friendly endl, simple service and a unique atmosphere inside. Large, free parking lot outside. DB Panini 8s a good size and great tasting turkey/bacon sandwich with a spicy relish. Chicken Caprese Panini has grilled chicken and pesto for a great flavor combination. Great choice of different drinks in cooler also. Would go back again if in the area.

What a cute place! Recently stopped by here with my husband for a quick bite and I do believe this place is a local best kept secret. Just off the main road, you can’t go wrong with the menu. The wood fired pizza smell when you walk in is so yummy. Really attentive and kind staff. Definitely will be going back

We had the pleasure of meeting the owners of Little Oak Cafe at the recommendation of our wedding venue. Our initial meeting was so comfortable and reassuring that we didn't explore any other catering options; we signed with them that very week. Little Oak Cafe stood out for their exceptional level of customization. David, in particular, was incredibly accommodating, patiently working with us to create a menu tailored to our preferences.

Their team took care of every aspect of our wedding, from addressing special requests to accommodating dietary restrictions, all while ensuring we felt at ease and relaxed throughout the process. The feedback on the food was overwhelmingly positive. We made time to inhale food as well and thoroughly enjoyed it! We opted for a vegetarian menu, and it exceeded our expectations. Both vegetarians and omnivores raved about the food, with many guests not even realizing the menu was entirely vegetarian. The eggplant lasagna and butternut squash bruschetta received the most compliments, while my husband and I enjoyed the spaghetti squash with truffle oil and oat milk. The fall-themed menu was a perfect fit for our autumn wedding. Moreover, their pricing was more than reasonable.

During our search for a rehearsal dinner venue, we discovered that Little Oak Cafe also hosted closed events. We decided to host a pizza-making party for our rehearsal dinner, and it was a fantastic way to kick off the wedding festivities. Guests had a blast creating their own pizzas under the guidance of Chef David. He even accommodated our vegan and lactose-intolerant guests by ordering vegan cheese, ensuring everyone could enjoy their food. The appetizers were also delectable, and having the entire venue to ourselves allowed guests to mingle and get to know each other.

Another noteworthy aspect that left a lasting impression on me was the genuine happiness and pleasant demeanor of all the employees at Little Oak Cafe. It was evident that the positive and welcoming atmosphere among the staff directly influenced the overall experience. Their relaxed and easygoing approach not only made us feel more at ease but also contributed to a better overall vibe for all the guests.

The calm and reassuring demeanor of the Little Oak Cafe team helped alleviate the pre-wedding jitters and typical concerns every couple faces before their big day. Despite not being specifically advertised as a vegan/vegetarian catering company, they exceeded our expectations in every regard. Little Oak Cafe is a creative, helpful, and truly exceptional catering company. We put all of our trust in them for our rehersal dinner, as our wedding caterer, and our bartenders and they more than delivered. If you have any special requests that aren't listed, just ask, as they are more than willing to accommodate. Hubby and I stopped for breakfast as we were in the area. We were greeted right as we walked in the door and given menus. We had the option to sit outside but chose inside since it was a little chilly this morning. Once we knew what we wanted, we went back up to the register to order. Hubby got the Market Sandwich and I got the Powerbowl with scrambled eggs instead of the Sunnyside up it usually comes with. They were both delivered to our table quickly and we both enjoyed our meals. I would recommend giving this place a try for sure!

Little Oak Cafe has done it again for the 2nd year in a row catering our family reunion picnic! This year's pig roast menu was a huge hit and the main course + variety of sides were elevated, flavorful and just delicious! I wish we had more photos to share, but we all just dug in to the spread! :) David is very detail-oriented throughout the planning process, always seeking to understand what the customer wants/doesn't want, and then puts the time & effort in delivering on that! We finally had the chance to stop in and experience Little Oak Cafe and were not disappointed! Located in the back of Canton Village, Little Oak Cafe is literally a hidden gem with dynamite food and service. We stopped in for lunch and decided on Roast Beef and Ham and Cheddar paninis, both of which were excellent. Portions are pretty large and the prices are great! We came in hungry and both of us were actually full after eating half of our sandwiches, but we just HAD to finish them. However, we could've easily had leftovers, had we chosen to. We each opted for a side of macaroni salad, and that too, was delicious. Service was awesome and we were asked more than a few times how we were doing and if we needed anything, which was very nice.

Little Oak Cafe has a spacious dining area and tables are spaced out for social distancing purposes. They also have extensive takeout offerings, which we will have to check out the next time we're in. We will definitely return again!

Cozy LITTLE place filled with deliciousness. Chill atmosphere. Gluten-free options. Must-try.

Total Gem. You're in for a treat if you come visit. Lots to take in like the many beautiful greenery and the art work. (Something for everyone.) And a full range of coffee beverages, bar, and craft sodas. Don't miss out on the pie. Can't wait to come back and do breakfast for real. A hidden gem in Canton! I stopped in here today for lunch and all I can say is WOW. I have the pork belly BLT which was one heck of a sandwich (you better get here before this special disappears from the menu) and a couple local beers. In a time when everything is big corporations manufacturing garbage food to the public I'm glad there are still local gems like this to enjoy! Great food, local beer, and awesome staff! DON'T MISS OUT!

Went for lunch. Ordered the caprese without chicken, nashville chicken sandwich and apple turnover. Food and service was really good.

Not a lot of sandwich options for vegetarians. Breakfast options look really good, will be back.

Returned for breakfast. Ordered the breakfast burrito and avocado toast with fried eggs. Both were good and had very sizeable portions.

We loved this little cafe. They have very good panini, and coffee options. We loved our lunch time there and it felt fresh after visiting this cafe. Definitely planning to come back again. We had a falafal wrap and it tasted awesome

We love this place! Some of the best pizza around and just the loveliest people working there. Every meal we’ve had here has been absolutely delicious- breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Stopped in for the first time looking for breakfast and ended up getting a roast beef panini for lunch. It was delicious and pleasantly spicy. The restaurant is casual but the decor is cool and interesting. The prices are moderate. They have meals ready to go and an interesting menu. I'll be back.

We could not be more impressed with Little Oak Cafe. Little Oak catered our wedding this September, and covered all aspects of food from start to finish. From tasty passed apps and a stunning charcuterie spread, to extremely delicious dinner entrees (with options for omnivores, pescatarians, and vegetarians) and a TRULY phenomenal carrot cake, we were blown away by the quality and flavor of the food from start to finish.

Beyond the food, the service David and his team provided was remarkable. They set up a full evening of food for 160 guests in a remote field (and in 90 degree heat and sweltering humidity), and continued making sure everyone was fed and taken care of throughout the evening — even as the heavens opened up and rain and lightning poured down for well over an hour. The Little Oak team didn't flinch, and braved every type of element to make sure the evening continued. We can't thank them enough for making sure our wedding could go on as planned, even when mother nature had her own ideas.

Above all, the Little Oak team understands that have delicious food (at utterly reasonable prices) is just the start. Little Oak treated our family as their own, and were a rock for us when other caterers would have thrown in the towel (seriously, it was POURING rain at our wedding). David listened to our needs, was so flexible and accommodating, and made us feel completely assured that things would go off without a hitch during a weekend when we had so many other logistics to tackle. To say they went above and beyond in taking care of us (and our extended family) would be a complete understatement.

We cannot recommend Little Oak highly enough to cater your next event (and, of course, for your next lunch). David and team, thank you so much for surpassing all of our expectations. We're looking forward to coming in for a meal next time we're in town!

The hippest little restaurant in Connecticut. The food is divine. Reasonable prices,and always enough to take home for later or next day's lunch. All homemade and organic food. Very clean,and welcoming atmosphere to dine in or on the patio in good weather. I'll definitely be going back!

Owner was great & accommodating. Everyone was so polite and the tuna melt sandwich was melt in your mouth good! I like the funky drinks they have too. The support for Ukraine was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be back!

We have always enjoyed our breakfast and lunch there before. Yesterday, we had asked them to cater a birthday party at our choice location. It was absolutely amazing food and even better service. They had also prepared a birthday cake - on which the chef had hand drawn the horse (a part of the theme - Edited). I highly recommend them for any catering service and will definitely use them again.
