Dawn took such good care of me when I lost the main diamond in my bridal set. My insurance company connected me with her and she was wonderful every step of the way, from first contact, to selecting the replacement stone, to later jewelry-related referrals. I was able to send in my rings in a secure way and then able to just pick up at the nearby FedEx location, everything fully insured en route. A new appraisal with photographs was included with the service. In about 10 days I had my set back with shining so brilliantly with a strong and secure support setting. I'll gladly recommend Dawn with Artigem to everyone.

Just had a side diamond replaced on my trinity band and artigem noticed a chip in the diamond on the other side and also replaced that on . I contacted Tawnya and had an amazing experience. I gave her a few instructions of what type of diamond ring I was looking for. She was so patient and gave me multiple designs to choose from. I liked so many, but had my heart set on a very modern piece. Tawnya and I ended up using a stock design and altering it to suit my needs. Jeff Whitesides went above and beyond all expectations when our ring needed to be replaced, period. My wife's ring was stolen/lost but insured. You don't really expect that the replacement is going to equal the original but Jeff made it happen. He got the setting from the original designer, put in a beautiful diamond, certified to be the same quality as the original--the only difference--it's slightly bigger! When we needed the orientation of the diamond changed, Jeff was available and fast. He sent an insured return box overnight and we had our ring back, looking perfect, in a couple days. He did everything to take the edge off of the pain of losing our loved ring. What you need to get through these situations is an absolute professional to help you through, and that's absolutely what we got. Thank you so much Jeff, and thank you Artigem !

I had a fantastic experience working with Artigem to find an engagement ring! I live out of state, so I started my process with an initial phone call with Haylee. In that phone call, we hashed out my budget, design ideas, timeline, etc. Haylee also provided easy to understand information about what type of diamonds we could look for. As someone who didn't know much about the engagement ring process, Haylee was a fantastic guide.

Within a day or two, Haylee sent me pictures and quotes of multiple bands, baskets, and diamonds. These were all of great quality, and they were exactly what I was looking for. Once I picked out my ring, paying and shipping the ring was extremely easy.
