Tolmie Park

This is such a cool park!!! It's made for everyone to enjoy!!! They have wheelchair and sensory friendly toys! They have a splash pad that's open during the summer hours, lots of picnic tables.

Great place. It is awesome to be set up for kids with special needs can have fun as well. Granddaughter begs me to go there all the time

It's an amazing place for children and families to go....and it doesn't cost a thing. The Splash Pad was an amazing addition to the park and for Keokuk. Would be nice if people could be decent and respectful individuals and actually pick up after themselves, instead of throwing their trash all over the ground.

I've had my daughters birthday Parties here in the little building for 3 or 4 years now!! It's a convenient spot and of course the kiddos love it!! Only thing I think would make it better is if there was a fridge/freezer in there to keep ice cream good for a few hrs!! It's affordable and u get deposit back as long as you clean it up when you're done and they provide all of the cleaning supplies!!! Thanks City of Keokuk!!!

Lovely park, Good parking, child play areas, tables, ramadas to protect from the sun!

We have a good time every time we play the frisbee golf course. My son got his first hole in one today. Park is nice and next to the pool so we had music also.

Water park opened my grandkids just moved to this area recently and I take them here a lot! It's wonderful

Play ground and splash pads. great fun for the family and it's free to get in. Also keokuk public pool is there great place for gatherings.

This place is top notch. All 3 of my kids have a blast here, ages 3, 5, and 9. And it's pretty safe as well.

What a fun park for my granddaughters! Musical instruments, slides, small rock wall! A fun time for a 7 & 9 year old!

it's has plenty of fun equipment for both handicapped children and capable children it's just a small park but everyone loves it

Fun and relaxing. I like taking my son here cause it's not too crowded, shady, and baby swings are available.
