Comfort Inn Hoffman Estates - Schaumburg

Absolutely fantastic experience at Comfort Inn Hoffman Estates - Schaumburg! Our group of 30 students and parents was unexpectedly stranded in Chicago due to a flight delays by American Airlines, and we were in a dire situation needing accommodations on extremely short notice. The staff at Comfort Inn went above and beyond to assist us.

From the moment we contacted the hotel, their customer service was exceptional. They quickly and efficiently organized rooms for all of us, ensuring that everyone was comfortably settled despite the last-minute nature of our request. The front desk staff were friendly, understanding, and incredibly accommodating, making the stressful situation much more bearable.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a much-needed respite after our hectic day. The amenities, including the complimentary breakfast, exceeded our expectations and were greatly appreciated by both the students and parents.

The hospitality shown by the Comfort Inn team truly turned a potentially disastrous experience into a positive one.

We were offered a voucher when our flight was cancelled and the staff, particularly Pedro and Neema, were so kind and unhelpful. They arranged our taxi for us to return to the airport which was so nice to not have to worry about making one more area after a long 26 hour day of travel! Breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety of options. The rooms were clean and the beds were heavenly! Nice ending to a rough day!

Pedro is the best front desk customer service professional there is. I have stayed at this place x 4 in the past 6M due to family reasons. Pedro who works nights or fills in when necessary has been a blessing with breeze thru check in and check out. He is a wonderful front desk professional who has a great personality. Overall stays have been wonderful.

The service after our cancelled flight was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfy. For a hotel voucher from United it's awfully far from the airport, not the fault of the hotel though.

Had to stay here after a cancelled flight (thanks American). The room was nice although the shower door didn't fully close. The best part of the hotel was the receptionist Pedro. He helped me get through a tough situation and is easily one of the best concierges I have met.

Pedro went out of his way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I had the absolute worst day with airport drama, delays and cancellations. I was overwhelmed and exhausted and he was so kind to me even though I’m sure I didn’t deserve it.
Joseph (the taxi/shuttle driver) witnessed my near breakdown and was also very comforting and reassuring. He was there to drive us to the airport, just a couple short hours later, with a smile and a warm greeting. They both made the disastrous situation tolerable and reminded me just how much small acts of kindness make a difference. Thank you Pedro and Joseph for being so wonderful!

I came here in a United air voucher. I called comfort inn to verify if there was room. Spoke to a very nice man Pedro all he said give me the 5 digit code and I will have a key ready for u. And wouldn’t u know I gave him my last name with seconds he handed me a key and said have good night sleep. Out of my 2 day upsetting ordeal of traveling, Pedro was finally a friendly face and the easiest transition in 2 days.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn Hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, I should not forget to mention Tej. She is very friendly at the desk and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Very nice hotel, Staff was really very good and friendly , and one more thing breakfast was really very good. I love to stay hear. Housekeeper Alicia really very good . And she clean the room daily.

Flight got canceled at midnight 6/1/24 and the man at front desk was the absolute best when I arrived at 1:30am I already was checked in and he gave me his personal beverages because everything was closed.. there are still good people in this world!

We arrived at 3am after a delayed flight. Pedro was very busy but was kind and extremely helpful and patient. Definitely would recommend staying here again.

Stayed for a few hours due to a delay. But Pedro at the front desk was amazing as helped us with a smile and sure we got our taxi back without an issue

The overnight and day front desk was more than amazing. This crew works incredibly hard with a smile. Divya and Pedro keep this place running.

Pedro was very helpful and personable. We got our rooms quick even though they were last minute as well they he helped us get our taxi.

Whole Chicago airport got delayed and Pedro was so helpful in helping me secure a room with my hotel voucher, was incredible at answering phones and helping an entire lobby full of people at 1 a.m. Thanks to Pedro I was able to get a good night sleep after a long day of travels.

They were quite accommodating when we were desperate to house a large party. Very kind, considerate, and wonderful people to work with. Would wholly recommend them to anybody visiting the area.

Stayed here on an airline voucher. The night manager Pedro is awesome, he got all of the customers squared away with no trouble and arranged morning transport for all of us as well.
