Must Stop Cafe

My apology I thought I did this review ..but here goes ... The cafe was great .. service was fantastic.. plenty of parking restrooms clean my only wish is a larger selection on the menu and my Mac and cheese was just Mac .. but once I told the waitress she replaced it with my second choice. During this time another member of the staff noticed I was waiting and inquired so I told him .. he immediately went and made another Mac and Cheese with extra cheese on top . .and he said he would mico the cheese .. about that time my green beans came so I told him no need .. ok no more play by play .. All in all my lunch was great and I will visit again ..

Country cooking at a great price! Food is on point and reasonably priced. Service is good and they make you feel like family. Definitely recommend.

Food was AMAZING and so flavorful!! Best southern cooking I’ve had in a long time. My server, Sierra, was so attentive and really took care of me! The atmosphere was so lively and I definitely felt right at home. I will be coming back!

Amazing service
The food was great! My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out and she needed soft foods to eat. This was one of the only local places that had a good selection of food that she could eat. The price was amazing! Every day they have a different menu which has a good variety of selections.

Seen the signs heading into Wetumpka. The place did not disappoint. We got there right about the time they opened (11am). There was a line and it moved very quickly. Tons of seating and after ordering food came out quickly. The food was exceptional and portions were generous in size. Definitely a must stop when we are in the area...no pun intended.

A wonderful hometown restaurant with basic "home style" food and good service. Very consistent menu items and service, and a nice glass of sweet tea. You order just inside the door and the food normally comes out very quickly.

Best 8oz filet I've ate in awhile! My husband enjoyed his herb-crusted chicken as well. Our server, Clint, was attentive and kind. And a manager even stopped by our table and checked on us halfway through our meal. The rolls were on-point as well!

Love the food, unless it's people I deal with directly I dont care about anything but who in with, the food, and have some music please. Mixed music! Thanks

Being from out of town, this place was new to me. Customers were lined up out the door, mostly very friendly locals. Just inside there was a menu board and a table with a pretty young lady to take our order. There were only a few entrees, but lots of veggies to choose from. We were given a number and we found an unoccupied table. Our waitress picked up our number and then brought our drinks. Soon she was back with our food. Good, country style cooking. It was great! No frills. No expensive overhead. Just great country style food. Great value and low price. We loved it. Next time we're in Wetumpka we will definitely eat there!

This is my local favorite! Meat and 3 joint with a small town feel. When I was pregnant, I ate lunch there almost every day. They have super fast service and plenty of food options. The buttermilk pie is heavenly. Highly recommend!

Went to the Must Stop Cafe with friends for the first time. The food was great, had the chicken wings with cabbage and black eye peas. My wife had the hamburger steak which was small in portion but very good. Will definitely return.

Anytime I've been by there to the insurance company or community action last few years and I've seen it there and ask a question ask her so I asked anybody I see going in or coming out and ask him what their favorite dishes in there and they say everything is good, everything is their favorite LOL and I saw our sheriff Mr. Bill Franklin going in there so you know it's got to be good. Their employees have to have take pride in their work and job you know in a restaurant to make it good takes team work especially in the restaurant field. I worked in quite a few restaurants myself in different states myself. Sometimes you just you just know something's going to be good without even trying it out.

Soooo yummy! We really enjoyed our meals! First time eating authentic southern cooking, and it didn’t disappoint. Fresh, lightly fried catfish melted in my mouth, and loved the purple hull peas, rutabaga, and fried okra!! Their name says it all- you must stop here! Casual and friendly!

Stumbled across this little gem while vacationing in the area. Delicious, southern, home style cooking. Classic meat & 3 sides. Purple hull peas & green beans were just Grandma’s.

Classic meat and three, Southern Home cooking at its finest. Purple hull peas, collard greens, country fried steak, and poppy seed chicken are just a few of the delicious options that are absolutely mouth watering. Just like Grandma used to make. Don’t forget Banana Pudding to round out an absolute have to try place.

We love eating at Must Stop . Food is always good and great people that wait on you after you place your order.

Food is good home cooked meals with warm cornbread. Good stuff.
