Storage Sense - Huntsville

Well I thought that something was wrong with my lock on a Sunday. I panicked and called storage sense and they contacted Eddie on his day off. He contacted me and was willing to do anything to solve my problem including driving 30 minutes to cut the lock. Finally I figured out the problem which was all my fault I told him that problem was fixed. The absolute BEST customer service by Eddie. He did not care whose fault it was, he was willing to do anything to fix it for me. Highly recommend this facility!

The Office worker was super helpful and responsive. Even gave me a call back when I had an issue. He got me squared away quickly and had my unit within an hour. Great experience.

Renting a unit with Storage sense was extremely easy to navigate and get everything set up. Once I had rented my unit the staff was extremely helpful and told me all the information I needed to know.
