I recently had new window treatments installed by Curtain Concepts and couldn’t be happier with them. My experience with Ron and Teresa from initial meeting to final installation was so positive. Our new draperies look beautiful! Teresa and Ron made the project a true success. We happened upon Curtain Concepts on the web and were surprised -- and happy! -- to learn that Teresa and Ron had just completed a job for our next door neighbors! With a cherished family home over 150 years old, we were looking for a team that would be sensitive to our particular needs. In our search for professional help for a window treatment and chair reupholstering we came upon Curtain Concepts, Teresa and husband Ron.They were very accommodating, making multiple trips to our home, 50 miles from their modern shop. Curtain concepts exceeded our expectations from the initial contact through the final installation of our window treatments. At the initial consultation the designer LISTENED to what we wanted, liked and disliked. She shared her portfolio which is amazing. At the next visit, she presented us with multiple options. The most difficult part was choosing an option, because we loved them all. Because of CoVid, there was a delay, they kept us informed about the shipping of products. The installation was perfection. Just wanted to thank you for all your help in choosing the right blind and valance for our two bedroom windows. With the help of Ron I was able to choose which type of pull for our blinds. My wife and I just finished putting curtains in our entire house. We spread the project over about a year and a half, and the Curtain Concepts owners were with through every phase of the project.
We are a young couple and basically clueless about what our personal style is and what style actually fits the decor of our home. The owners were very patient and attentive. Multiple trips to our home during each phase. They spent hours with us going through books of fabrics and patterns.
If we picked a pattern that was "risky," they were not afraid to tell us. If they picked a pattern that we did not like, they never became frustated with us. They just helped us continue to look. They were adamant about us being satisfied with our choices because WE were the ones who would be looking at these draperies for potentially the next several decades.
The installation was methodical and very professional looking. The owners installed it the same way you would expect them to install it in their own home.
We are happy with every room. It all looks great! The draperies make every room "pop." There were several windows/walls that were just an eyesore before, but now we can't stop looking at them.
