It’s amazing how many items I’ve found at Masons. So convenient and helpful. Also very community minded.

Every time I go into Onalaska we always stop there and I enjoy going in there. People are friendly and have everything we need!

Always have what I want. Knowledgeable. Packed with stuff. Easy in & out!

We moved to town and I work out of town a lot. They are always good help if wife needs something for house while I'm away. Prices are fair. If they don't have it they will get it or point you in right direction.

Highly recommended. Bought a chainsaw at a different dealer, but it was nearly impossible to start it and keep it running. There was a 30 day warranty on the saw, so we took it to Mason’s because we no longer had any confidence in original dealer (they installed the chain backwards among other problems). Mason’s found the gas put in the saw by the original dealer was bad, causing the problem. Fixed it for us in 1 day and at no charge! Great customer-oriented people – helpful and friendly. We’ll be shopping here.

Open during bad weather when others weren't. I was needing repair parts for pipes broken in freezing weather. Very helpful and had parts that I needed even when others reported shortages of repair parts. Very thankful they were open in my time of need.

Despite driving past this place umpteen times, the recent freeze sent me checking everywhere for my plumbing needs.
Even though they were out of most of what I needed, the staff tried to help me piece together what I needed, were friendly, and very professional during a VERY bad time.
I was here two days in a row and observed the staff interact with customers and even though this was my first time here, it certainly won't be my last.

You are better off shopping at Walmart than the high priced items here..staff is not knowledgeable about any trade..most of all power equipment..save your money..go somewhere else

Local merchant, Stihl products repair, great selection for lawnmower replacment parts. Has a wide selection for anything you need like hunting and camping supplies.

They are very well stocked with plumbing, electrical, lawn equipment and very competitive with big name store's! Very courteous, and helpful!

Its so funny that u cant spell or word things correctly its also funny that u say that about tattoos bc i can assure u she is not by any means against tattoos. She has tattoos herself . Its also amusing that u say that about an 8 year old child bc everyone knows thats a lie... Maybe u should look at your own gf before you say she looks old. At least she has a job and doesnt steal hoses from car washes and god only knows what else.. THE CHICK AT MASONS IS VERY HELPFUL AND HOT AND NOT DISRESPECTFUL AT ALL !!! MASONS EMPLOYEES ROCK!!!
