Red Wing - Grapevine, TX

I'm one of those who thought Red Wing was only for people who worked full-time in a factory or outdoors. But after my 'good' weekend work boots began failing, I decided to go to Red Wing. // Owners Blair and Hillary are genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and I liked the vibe of the store, including their two happy dogs that become your best friend when you scratch them. // I wanted a leather boot with a protective toe and a sole that wouldn't separate from the leather upper and collect stuff. I liked the MetGuard, and after measuring my feet, Hillary suggested I try an insole to help support my arches. I got the shoes and the insoles, and so far everything is great and I'm very pleased. // Yes, I spent more than I did on the 'good' work boots, but I decided THESE are an investment that I deserve, and they should outlive multiple pairs of cheaper ones. Go see Blair and Hillary – they will get you set up.

I was greeted by the beautiful fur babies, which I enjoy. Like always it was just a pleasure dealing with this particular store. I went in looking for my typical work boots ended up finding slippers for my boys toboggans for the daughter-in-law’s. I will drive past a red wing store to get to this one because of the customer service and friendly attitude.

Hillary at the Grapevine TX outlet was very pleasing,very knowledgeable and very patient with me. The first and only place I would go for shoes again !

My husband recommended I try Red Wing boots after wearing out several other brands. Hillary was patient & knowledgeable by helping me find exactly what I wanted & then ordering the appropriate size. When we went back to see what the delay was, we found the boots I wanted discontinued, etc. They then went above & beyond by not only locating the pair I wanted, but actually driving over to Irving to pick them up right then!
... We ran an errand & when we returned, the boots were there waiting for me. I love the boots, love the service & even loved the dogs. I'm a customer for life🥾

I've been meaning to stop by and get a solid pair of riding boots. Well I did today. Got greeted by a lovely pair of red heads (the dogs). They were an absolute delight. The staff was very knowledgeable, courteous, and out going. They sized me up, listened to what I was looking for, and gave some good recommendations. The customer service was truly an experience. If I could give these ladies 10 stars I would.

Very nice, I was greeted by a very sweet puppy dog and his owner Blair. Very knowledgeable about the shoes. Found something that looked good and met all needs for my line of work.

The girl that helped me was great. After I'm done torturing my feet breaking in my new heritage boots I'll head back up for the new moc toe they have out.

The young lady that helped me was wonderful. I have never purchased boots before and these are for a gift for my son!

I’d been looking for a great quality, everyday-wear pair of boots. I read a lot about Red Wing shoes and how most of their boots can be resoled. Blair was able to help me find a pair of boots that worked with my doctor-prescribed insoles. Next time I’m looking for a pair of shoes for myself I’ll be sure to come back here.

My buddy returned some boots that were causing him a lot of foot pain. The person he dealt with let him know what options he had with the boots to make them more comfortable. He decided to go forward with returning them which they graciously accommodated.

I went for work boots and found a nice selection to choose from. Had to order some and they worked with me to make sure the boots I got checked all the boxes. While I was at it I bought some Heritage Blacksmith boots. If anyone is looking for a large selection of Redwing Heritage boots, men and women, this is the store for you. Also it’s family owned.

Came back in when 1st pair didn’t feel right after a day of wear. She definitely knows her stuff, was patient and got me in the right boot. Sweet doggo kept me company when she made runs to the back. Thanks again Blair

Went to the store and had a wonderful experience! First time buying Redwing shoes so I was worried about sizing but Blair and Hillary were so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and will be back to score another pair of moc toes - maybe in black :)

Went to the store for boots and found an amazing pair very quickly! Had incredible service and got fitted for insoles as well. Very friendly help and definitely will go back again for boots/boot care.

Associate was very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my choice of shoe.

As soon as I walked in and was greeted by the staff I knew they cared about their customers. They helped me find the right boot for my type of work and were super tailored to my needs. Whatever type of shoes/boots you may need than they have it.

I highly recommend this store. Hilary and Blair were so knowledgeable and patient in assisting my son in finding the perfect fitting shoe!
