Amazing customer service and a great selection of New Balance. They have a ton of styles and colors along with some running appraisal. We are sold on this location for sure and will be back for sure.

They fit well but I would like to see more of the color purple tennis shoes I prefer that color more I wear that color more as well I would hate to go buy them else were

This is my “go to” store for my favorite brand of running shoe. I have worn New Balance since they came out in the early 70’s, and a quality supplier is critical to get the best available shoe models, colors and sizing. This store has served me very well for the last few years. I get regular store discount coupons mailed to me, and they always have the style, color and size I need. They keep records so they can get the exact style and size as soon as I come in, and they have always given me that old fashioned shoe store service to make sure the fit is right. I love supporting a local business that maintains high standards for their quality products and friendly service.

I needed a specific shoe based on what my orthopedic surgeon said I should get. It was quick, simple and the young man that helped me was very sweet, personable and knows his product. I highly recommend this store!

Very helpful salesperson. I had an older pair of NB shoes that are not made anymore and the salesperson took a lot of time to get me into a comfortable replacement for my old runners. Ended up getting 2 pair. Will definitely be back and will recommend to all my fellow running peeps.

The staff here is superb and always takes the time to make sure you get the right show with the right fit. We came in to get my Wife and Mother-In-Law new shoes and they ended up picking the same pair, but needed different sizes. My Wife's size was in stock, but Mother-in-Laws was not so they had it shipped to the house within a few days. Every trip here is a pleasure that is enjoyed for many miles in comfortable well fitting shoes!

My family and I have been shopping here for about 10 years. Jerry and the sales people have always provided us with the best customer service ever. The first time we walked into the store, Jerry asked about our shoe needs, as well as got to know us personally. I only shop where I feel that my business is important and appreciated. They have gone the extra mile to make sure we were happy with all of our purchases over the years. Fantastic customer service time and time again!

One afternoon my son and I walked in to purchase a pair of running shoes and at the time they didn't have his size. So they called around and found us a pair. So my thinking I had to drive all the way from Flower Mound back to Southlake to pick them up when they eventually arrived. Instead, They drove the next day to picked up the shoes and delivered to my front door. Now, that's service I felt special and just want to say, Thank You for going above and beyond. For that I will definitely be back 👍

I bought two pairs of shoes at the Southlake store, but one pair was out of stock. They would be shipped.
The next Saturday, when I answered the doorbell, there was one of the store employees with my shoes in hand.
