Camryn was super helpful when I called to check availability of a jacket I was wanting. She not only checked for my size in the women’s department, but also took time to look for something for my husband in the men’s department. Love our local Tyler’s and the amazing customer service they provide!

First time at Tyler’s. Impressed by the selection that the store offered. Ashley (store employee) helped with finding just the right pair of shoes for my wife. She went above and beyond to answer several questions that we had. She was outstanding, very helpful! 5 star experience. We will be back!

I bought a pair of on cloud shoes at Tyler‘s in the Woodlands, my sixth pair actually from there. This particular pair had a defective shoe and the first time I wore it. It rubbed a large blister on my foot. I had not kept the receipt or the box, so I hesitated about trying to make a return. But I hated to be stuck with a bad shoe so I emailed Tyler‘s in Woodlands and got a response from one of the managers. He was more than happy to look up my transaction and make the exchange for me. I cannot say enough good things about Tyler’s and Clay. I will never buy athletic shoes anywhere else again! Thanks so much Clay for your amazing customer service!!!

RT has provided instore assistance on a number of my purchases. Each time the service is 10/10. Knowledgeable on footwear & I wear orthotics. I tried some different styles, came out with 2 pairs. 109% RT is one of the best sales staff had fortune to buy from. Professional, fast, does not oversell. Thank you

We love shopping at Tyler’s. They always have the best selection. We decided to take a walk through Sun and Ski after to do a little price comparison but we ended up right back at Tyler’s. Clay was our salesperson and he was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

Went in to Tylers on a whim today to kill some time looking at shoes with my sons (really wasn’t expecting to find anything). I want to give a big shout out to Ashley! Amazing customer service! Always greeted by friendly staff! Everyone is Very knowledgeable and they offer great selection of shoes and other outdoor gear! Purchased a pair of tennis shoes and was helped by Alex who fitted me perfectly with shoes that fit my needs and understood the difference in all the styles. Highly recommend! Thanks Alex!

I went into Tyler’s to grab some Vuori pants for an upcoming event. They didn’t have my preferred size 32 so I decided to go with size 33. I was chatting with a Tyler’s associate, John, during checkout and told him I was hoping they had size 32. Well John is the man & ran upstairs and came back with size 32! Great service & great people!

Every time I’ve been to this location, I’ve had a great experience! I was in here last weekend to help my mom pick out a pair of shoes, and I came back today to get my own and was met with the same exceptional service. Alex and Kendra were super personable and friendly! I will be back again ❤
