We worked with Curtis buying outdoor furniture for both our back porch and front porch. He is the best. He worked hard to make sure we were happy and satisfied. We would highly recommend Chair King for quality furniture and excellent service!

I felt the overall experience at this store was excellent. I went in to look at swivel rockers. Curtis Henderson, the store manager, came and checked on me a couple times, pointed me to chairs and then left me to browse. No sales pressure, no pressure to provide help I may not have wanted. He is a really nice person. Once it was apparent I had found a chair and ottoman I liked he worked with me on the price. Only when we came to an acceptable price did he actually write the sale up. No surprises, just exactly what he told me. I chose to pick the pieces up at the store. The warehouse did not have the ottoman cushion. The team at the store located one at another store and Curtis went out of his way to go pick it up so I would have a complete order at time of pickup. That is really customer oriented service by Curtis and his team. I would definitely go back primarily because of the terrific team there.

My wife had been planning a trip to this store for a couple of weeks. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by Curtis Henderson. Curtis was very patient and listened to our concerns regarding our purchase. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions to make sure that we would be satisfied with our final decision. It’s very refreshing to be acknowledged when walking into the store. Curtis is very professional in both demeanor and attitude. He goes above and beyond. He was genuinely patient with all of my questions, took several measurements and drew blueprints. I felt comfortable buying from this store as he is a trustworthy representative.

This year Jamie has the Big order from us. With great customer service and excellent quality of outdoor furniture and amazing inventory. Our new backyard table set and lamps is set for a King and Queen. We can’t wait to have family and friends over to enjoy. Delivery was awesome and very careful with our new table set with chairs.

My spouse and I went to the ChairKing store in The Woodlands, Tx early this week to check out patio furniture. We have bought from them before and have been pleased. Curtis helped us find exactly the additional aluminum frame couch and love seat we wanted in just the right color, at a great price, and in stock. We needed replacement cushions for the chairs we had gotten years ago. Curtis found the correct size in an acceptable color in stock to match the new furniture. When we got home we found the color was not right. We went back and talked to Curtis. He accepted the returns, found us a better color in stock, and went way out of his way to personally get the replacement cushions from the warehouse and drive them to the store for us to pick up the next day! We had the new couches delivered. The crew arrived on time, followed the written instructions we left for them, and set it all up perfectly. Along with that bought a fire pit which was the right size and they set it up also. This was a totally great experience. We would recommend Curtis and his team without reservations.

I am very pleased with the service I got from Curtis Henderson, I needed to replace my backyard glider and Curtis took care of me with service with a smile. I recommend using this Chair King store for your outdoor furniture needs.

We have made 2 purchases at Chair King (Woodlands/Oak Ridge North) store within the last 6 months and both times, excellent service and excellent professional delivery service. No complaints and recommend for all your outdoor needs!!

Chair King never disappoints. This is our 3rd round of outdoor furniture to purchase from them. Great quality products that are meant to last for outdoors. You pay more up front but you save in the long run. Jamey went out of his way to make the patio set that we loved achievable for our budget. Make sure to ask for Jamey.

Wasn't planning on purchasing a set but Elijah was very helpful and he answered and addressed our concerns with quality. We were able to buy the set we liked with an additional discount, which made my husband happy. We would definitely purchase from them again.

The selection was very good, but the people made all the difference. Garrett jumped through hoops to get the merchandise and prices we wanted. We have shredded our RTG card we are now Chair King Clients!! Here is the story..My family and I our in the final stages of remodeling our backyard. Prior to breaking ground, we visited RTG and the plan was to purchase all furniture from there. We did peak at a few store other stores (including another CK). I don't like the following around the store tactic and that's what turned us off at most places. So, on Fathers Day (not expecting to buy anything) we stopped into the Woodlands/Conroe Chair King Store and that's when we met Curtis. His approach and knowledge was the key. Most individuals will lose interest once they realize that the buyer intentions of buying are not high. And if I'm honest I really didn't know why my wife wanted to revisit CK. Curtis approach was the opposite the other places, his objective was to provide us as much information so that we could make the best decision for our situation. He would come over provide information then walk away and allow my wife and I to talk in private (he had the expertise of being a salesmen without being a salesmen) Again the plan was to stop by peak maybe get some ideas head to dinner, and go to RTG the following day. After spending some time with Curtis and with the quality of furniture at Chair King, we were late to dinner (smile) and we have now purchased all the furniture we need with a awesome buying experience in which we have already told others" Go See Curtis!!" Can't wait to the furniture arrives this week. Sorry RTG.. we are now officially Chair King Backyard Store FANS! Definitely a memorable Fathers Day!!

The store manager Curtis Henderson is the best in the business. This guy goes above and beyond for all his customers. I watched him and his customer service is outstanding. You can always tell when someone loves what they do and I seen it. I would love to steal him away from there and have him work with me. I hope the owners, know what they have is this employee. Thank you again for taking care of me.

Jamey Martin was very helpful. He was able to find a patio table and chairs that my husband and I really liked. He also went out of his way to find the chair cushions that we wanted. I definitely would recommended seeing him for help when you go to Chair King.
