Ann Taylor

So thankful my wife has options for classy, conservative, not going clubbing look clothes to be around the kids and to go out in. No more having to pull down or up clothes 10 times because it's uncomfortable and trying to conform to the string cover goal. Be comfortable friends.

I visited Ann Taylor because I recently got a new job and needed an entirely new wardrobe. When I walked in, everyone greeted me and asked how I was doing. But Nancy took me under her wing and gave me one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. She helped me pick outfits and style them and helped show me what colors look good with other colors. She was patient, kind, fun, and knowledgeable and helped turn a very stressful day into a memorable one. If you read this, Nancy, thank you so much!

My experience at ann taylor the woodlands was so pleasant. I found a shirt and pair of slacks to try and they were too big. I peeked out of the dressing room door and this friendly sales lady asked if she could help. I told her I needed a smaller size and she looked at me and said I know exactly what size you need. She brought it right away and it was a perfect fit! She checked me out and did encourage me to join the rewards program which I will do when I go back. She loves fashion and loves helping people. I am going back and asking for Vickie G!!!!

Nicky V was my wife’s help and the way she made her feel was amazing! Created an “Ann Taylor experience for her” I’m surprised at how much value she gives the store with her knowledge and the stores products !

This store has great professional wear and the staff is tremendously helpful. I really enjoy their sales.

I had a pleasant experience and the sales associate was friendly and very helpful. My only complaint is when I went to purchase my items I was told by another associate that I had to sign up for their Style Rewards program or I could not take advantage of their 30% sale they were having and would have to pay full price. I called another store and asked about this policy and they told me this is not true. I don't appreciate being lied to.

My experience here was not pleasant. I was not greeted when I arrived or left the store. I came to the store to return an item for s store credit--Niki, the sales associate, got confused, didn't listen and processed it as a return. I told her I had trouble finding pants that fit and she just pointed me to the Petite section and said "You can look at pants over there." She didn't bother to ask me me my size or assist me with finding the right pants. When I found some pants that I wanted to try on she said (with attitude) "Well go try them on then." She didn't help me start a dressing room. While I was in the dressing room, I was not offered assistance or asked if I needed help. I wound up leaving frustrated.
