Great location and great staff! Location is tucked away on the corner of HEB. Within 5 seconds of stepping in I was assisted by Erika. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with a new account and card set up. I also appreciate that the manager of this branch personally greeted me. I'm happy to be a member of this credit union.

Erika Alfaro was very helpful in helping my son and I open our membership. Highly recommend her. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our friends and family have gone to open membership accounts as well.

Erika Alfaro thinks depositing ¼ million is not enough to welcome customers. Instead, she DISCRIMINATES and makes sure to give customers a hard time with nonsenses requirements to open a CD. We have CDs in 4 different financial institutions, and have had investments throughout thirty years with many institutions, but NEVER been required to present an actual paper SOCIAL SECURITY CARD to open an account.

The FIRST TIME we went, she said we would just need a utility bill because of the address on my ID was not current. I tried to produce one from my email account online, but she proceeded to tell me that even if I could produce such utility bill, she could not open the account on that day, because the person that approves accounts was with another customer. Really? How many clerks are necessary to open an account? Every other bank requires one clerk only. We were not withdrawing money or applying for a loan to get such a treatment.

SECOND TIME — We came back 2 days later with the utility bill, but this time she decided that we also needed an actual paper SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. We have NEVER been required such a document. I gave her my driver license, social security number; I told her I could show my AAA, my car insurance, my credit card, my debit cards, etc. But it was not enough. Her smirk told me she enjoys feeling in control by putting us down for a second time.

Getting my handicap husband ready twice is not an easy task for this woman to be so inconsiderate and disrespectful.

My driver license does not have the current address, since we recently moved from Cypress. How weird… We have opened accounts at different institutions lately, and we were never required, not even a utility bill. We are giving money to this bank, not withdrawing it, or requesting a loan. Absolutely ludicrous!

When I told her I would issue a bad review, she smirked and said “OK”.

We took our money to a different institution with a better rate, and truly professional service.
