You can't ship your vehicle same day. You have to go on their website and book a reservation for at least the next day. They suggest getting there no later than 3. W recall on your car, you HAVE to get a note from the manufacturer OR you have to get it fixed ( even if the recall says for you to do nothing at the time).
The customer service is so-so. For instance, an employee asked "who said you could come in here without a reservation?" Rather than, "you'll need to go onto the website to book a reservation. It's not same day".

Close this place down. The lady that helped us asks us if we want to ship it in 3 days or standard 5-7 days we told her 5-7 days and she charges us for 3 days ground, she tells us it will be there in 3 days, we took the box on the 7th, and it is still in the network on its way. This is not just wrong but she owes us half the money back. This is not acceptable. Employees need to be trained and spoken to about how they charge for "stuff" and on paying attention to what the customer is telling them.

Paid for priority shipping and took as long as it would have with free shipping. Terrible service.
