In my attempt to Port-Out my mobile phone number to another carrier I ran into trouble as my phone was not compatible with other carrier's network. With my only phone now no longer working I was between a rock and a hard place. I walked into the Montgomery, TX store, laid out and discussed my situation with the Technician and later with the Manager. After weighing my options I decided to Port-Back my mobile number to Verizon and have service restored. The team ran with it, working diligently and relentlessly through the various issues that arose along the way until my service was restored to my full satisfaction. THANK YOU again Travis, Tandra and Peyton for getting me out of the ditch and literally back in business.

This place was great, I had originally stopped at the store that I won’t name but they’re about 11 miles east of this one, and was told that it was not possible to do what I wanted to do and when I asked if that’s the case then I should I just go to the AT&T store, I was told “if that’s what you want to do” so I left. I had bought a phone from the Victra Verizon store in Montgomery before but since they weren’t an direct Verizon store I didn’t think they could do what I wanted (why I started at the other location) but since it’s on my way home I thought what the heck I’ll stop and ask, and they were able to do exactly what I wanted to do, no issues, even changed my mind a week later about which phone I wanted, went back by and they swapped everything out, no issues at all ( I of course had to pay the difference) and they were super friendly and not snarky and stuck up like the other place

Trevor helped me when my phone was not working, after many stops at other Verizon stores Trevor saved the day!

If you are a current Verizon customer, looking to switch providers or a new potential customer ...you will be so IMPRESSED and find THE BEST experience at the Verizon location on 105 in Montgomery TX !!!! Destiny is incredible... she is friendly, more than prompt, knowledgeable, professional, patient and can handle multiple customers and issues at once FLAWLESSLY !!!! She has an amazing upbeat and positive..personalality and attitude!!! Go see her when you are looking to upgrade, add a line, switch to Verizon or with any questions or issues you have . Amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in to get a new phone- because it was high time to upgrade from my old Google Pixel 2 and Caleb was very helpful in helping me find the best phone for me, and seeing it up. The store was very busy and there was just one person working. She immediately called a coworker to come in and he showed up with 10 minutes.

As soon as Trevor arrived things started happening. He took on two customers who had been waiting.

Trevor was able to engage and answer questions for both parties and solved their problems within 15 minutes of his arrival.

You have an outstanding employee in Trevor and I even let him up sell me a few items.

Victra was unlike any corporately-owned store. Caleb was phenomenal. He stuck with me until the transaction was complete, which meant he stayed an hour past closing. I am happy to be a Verizon customer again. This is true customer service.

I first worked with Crystal who ordered my new phone. My phone was delivered to the store in a record time of 3.5 days!
I visited the store today and Chelsea transferred my phone. She was amazing. Chelsea can literally do 5 things at once and still know and hear what is going on in the store!
She actually had two different Verizon representatives on two different phones, talking to them at the same time while also working on the computer! She is amazing!!
My son in law ordered a phone and watch online about 3 weeks ago. I told Chelsea about it and she ended up getting him the watch tonight and will probably have his phone within several days! He obviously cancelled his online order!

Fast friendly and helpful!
I went to the verizion store to replace my cracked phone. I walked in and knew what I wanted, so the lady there helped me pick out and check out without a hassle. We even made some friendly conversation too. After that however, I realized I had a defective screen protector. so the next day, I just walked in and asked for her to replace it. She did it for no charge, no ringing up, and all it took was a few minutes. Great place with great customer service.

I never take the time to leave reviews, but Madison was so sweet and helpful I had to. I had. Horrible time trying to get the correct case for my new phone at two other businesses, and Madison helped me get what I needed and made it so easy. She went out if her way to show she cared about my experience, even though it wasn't their store. And she was so kind. Thank you Madison for helping me. With a newborn and 4 other kids, these little tasks are very difficult for me and you made it seamless!

Service and communications with client were excellent. Anticipation of questions related to cost of phones and service was also excellent. Transition/setup from retired phone to new phone was excellent.

The staff definitely knows what they’re doing and offer ways to save you money on your phone bill, as well as provide information on upgrading your equipment.

Nick was pleasant and helpful even though he was by himself and other customers were constantly knocking on the front door. He was very kind and considerate towards me and my husband, who had to remain in the car, the entire time I was there. Nick is extremely knowledgeable! I will ask for him whenever I need to go to the Montgomery Verizon store.

Teresa and Paul did an amazing job of switching my service fro T mobile to Verizon and they hooked me up with LG G8 Thin Q phone and the Galaxy Active watch. The spent several hours on a difficult situation and was patient, kind and very professional. I highly recommend this store! I absolutely love my new phone and watch. Evan and Rebekha were also very helpful in my questions before and after my purchase.

After dealing with Asurion multiple times since March to replace my tablet at no avail, Chelsea diddnt say "I can give you a # to call", or, "im sorry but thats really between you and Asurion". She went out of her way and got on the phone herself with me on the line. Took care of everything within 10 minutes and now it will be here within a few days. You will not get a more hands on dedicated customer service experience anywhere. Thank you again Chelsea
