The manager of the women's perfume department was very helpful today. I was looking for Chanel Gabrielle Essence but unable to find it. The manager took the time to find it in the back. This was the second store I went to looking for this particular size so I was very happy she was able to locate one for me.

It's a high price fancy department store that most of the time in un-affordable! However, always check out the clearance racks and shelves!
The shirt I found was 65% off!

Cynthia (men’s formal wear section.) was amazing! I went to 3 other stores before I stopped here and she was the kindest person I interacted with the whole day. She was attentive, caring, and overall just a blessing.

I often come for fragrance & treat myself just a tad, love this store, nice staff, great merchandise between outfit hunting, purse or scent finding, keep up the awesome job guys, no matter what department y’all are so helpful!

Went prom dress shopping and they had SO many options and they were nicely organized by color. My daughter tried on many dresses until she found her perfect one and the prices were reasonable too. If we need formal wear again in the future, we will go there again.

I’ve had multiple wonderful experience with Lavon in the Women’s Shoe Department. Lavon is always very attentive, kind, patient, and helpful. The customer service experience is exceptional! Thank you, Lavon for making my shopping experience such a joy.

The service in the men's perfume department as well as the men suit section service was one of the best services we have had during the holiday season. Their selection of perfumes and their samples was great. Similar experience was of the men suits with one addition that it is not seeing in other department stores of the same caliber where they offer alterations.
Great experience clean and for the time of the year it was well organized.
I will shop again here.

I received fantastic service on my recent visit to Dillard’s. They have clothes in a variety of different price ranges. Definitely higher quality than other department stores.

I bought 7 dress shirts, 3 dress slacks, and a blazer and paid $170. I also had no idea what I was needing. The staff was extremely helpful, even at 5:55 on a Sunday,they close at 6:00. She helped me find the stuff that fit the best and matched with eachother. I will definitely be going back and will recommend them to anyone needing clothes. Just make sure to get them on their sale days.

Dillards is a real department store and I have always loved it. If I want bargain basement, I will shop Macy's, which I sometimes do. I'm just saying that Dillards is a great shopping experience where they are not focused on bargains as much as a classy shopping experience!

I need to give a shout out to Paul at the fragrance counter. His customer service saved the day! My dog thought my daughters Coach perfume gift smelled so good that he ate the box...I couldn't give it to her like that! Paul helped me repackage it so beautifully that the gift is even better than before. He has pride in his work, and I'll never forget his generosity. Thank you, Paul!! You are an amazing employee! I hope your bosses treat you right, you deserve it.

Vivian is a star! she works in the ladies dress section in the ground floor. She's quick, sharp and super resourceful! she helped find all the right sizes at the store and even went above and beyond trying to find them in stores all over houston and calling to reserve them for us. There was one blouse we really liked but couldnt find: she took a picture of that shirt for her reference, looked everwhere & spoke to her manager about it & got back to me a few days later to follow up. This is customer service excellence.

Just wanted to share my experience doing a job with Dillards. My team was brought in to highlight a new line that dillards is selling. We brought in a speaker, DJ equipment, facade and tunes. Everybody was great to work with. We had an issue getting to a power source but the team diligently worked with us to find a solution. The atmosphere was great and when during a busy time of day, we were allowed to do our jobs effectively which allowed for a great time.

Laverne in the Women’s department is fabulous. I was really struggling to find something for an event. She was so kind and helpful.

My son and I went to this location 7/31/2023, in The Woodlands TX to look into various high-end men's colognes.

I wish we had paid attention to the two ladies who assisted us because they were a fantastic help..

We ended up purchasing a few various, most popular bottles due to my son and myself loving the scents.
