Oil changed. Tire rotated. They were friendly and quick. They topped off all the fluids. Cleaned my windows and vacuumed the floorboards. Such a great experience! Not like my previous experience

They checled to see if they had product i needed in stock, handled the tire change professionally, and informed me right away when a minor complication came up.

I am really thankful for the auto team at the lake conroe store in Montgomery! I originally went there to get a tire replaced that blew out the night before. While they were working on the tire they realized that the other Conroe store put the wrong speed rating tires on my vehicle per the warranty that I had on them. Because of this they were able to get me two new tires for completely free. I also had to go back-and-forth from that store to the other Conroe Location trying to figure the problem out and they gave me a $25 gift card for my time and trouble! That is what You call going above and beyond for the customer! I want to thank Alexis, Debbie, Karla and Kari for The time and effort they put into making this situation right for me and also blessing me with a gift card! You guys are ROCKSTARS!

I came to get an oil change on my Ford Edge. My vehicle takes semi-synthetic oil so the other 2 places I was taking it to would cost about $80. A friend told me that she brought her vehicle here and that it was a lot cheaper! I only spent $40 and that included the extra quart of oil my vehicle needed for motorcraft oil. I could not believe it was half the cost of other local places. The service was fast and friendly and they even check you tire pressure etc. Walmart will be the only place I get my oil changed from now on. Wish I had known sooner so I could have saved money.
