Staff wasn't pushy about getting certain products. Staff required that you test out each mattress to see what felt best for you individually. Staff listened to what I was looking for and helped with everything. Very professional.

Great staff! They explain everything in detail on how the bed works and it is such a comfortable bed. Definitely worth it!

I went to mattress firm and worked with the new manager Zack Thomas. He was very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through everything we needed to make a proper decision on our mattress purchase. I highly recommend Zach and mattress firm if your in the market for a new bed.
