This is one of the best doctor’s office in the Cleveland area. They give phenomenal service from the front desk, to the triage intake, to the doctors. I wouldn’t choose another place then Dr. Le’s practice!

Everyone in the office was very helpful and when Dr. was out thet rescheduled me with a NP so I got in the same day

Shout out to Dr. Joy she’s really cares about her patients and making sure we have the correct information to care for our health

Shauna in the front office is the kindest most helpful lady we have ever met. The Lisa is very good also. We thoroughly put our trust in the entire medical staff . We have used all of the prescribers and are confident with their decisions, Thanks to all.

Dr Steve Le and His Staff have given us THE BEST CARE since he opened his office in Cleveland Texas. In fact my husband and I were one of his first patients 🤗 We have sent several friends to see him for their care.

If you have to go to the doctor do not go anywhere else. The doctors care about their patients and the staff are great. This is the only doctor I will see.

The staff are very kind and educated very well. I feel that they all truly are about all of the patients.

Dr. Le is a very caring doctor. Listens to what you say and doesn't make you feel rushed.

Norma who answers the phone there is extremely disrespectful. I called up there back on Jan 24th regarding how they billed my insurance (coded wrong) at 10:48AM that morning. She told me she would personally fix it and it would be addressed. I called back 3 weeks later after finding out it wasn't fixed on February 13th at 2:13PM again to let her know it had been 3 weeks and still not fixed. She told me she would have someone call me back. Two days later still no call back. I called up there today on February 15th at 1:30PM today and she admitted they made an error and billed it wrong and not fixing it when I was told at the appointment they would bill it as an annual physical my employer requires. Now I have 30 days to find new insurance for my family of four and my son is very sick and she has put my family in a bad position because she didn't follow through and lied to me. When I talked to her on the phone she was rude cut me off and then just hung up on me! I called back and she has someone else answer the phone now because she knows she messed up and will not own up to it. Norma lied and was rude and caused my family to lose health insurance. Shame on her and can't believe she is the face of this practice.

Dr. Joy does not fully do her job & makes assumptions about patients.
