This review is solely on the front office Ms Holly. The doctor issued an order for my mom that consisted of 2 test. She had the test done on May 15. I called the doctors office a week and half later and asked if they had received the results and they said no. I called the hospital where my mom went for her test and I was told that they had faxed over the results. They told me the date, time, and also the fax number that they had sent over the results. I called the doctors office and spoke with Holly and she said they didn’t receive anything and that they check their fax everyday. Holly then asked for the hospitals number in which I gave it to her. I waited a week and half later and called back to the doctors office for an update and Holly again said that they haven’t received anything and again asked for the hospitals number. My mom had a doctors appointment coming up so I decided not call and just wait to ask about the results being that I didn’t hear anything from Holly. 2 weeks later I brought my mom to the doctor and I asked Holly again about the test results and once again she ask me for the hospitals number in which I gave it to her. Before we left the doctors office we was presented with the test results that my mom had taken over a month ago. It should not have taken 3 phone calls to the doctors office in which all 3 times I provided Holly with the hospital number and then to go up there and to be asked the same question in person. I was told that the hospital faxed over results from 2 years ago, however when I stepped out of the doctors office to call the hospital myself they told me the exact date which was May 15th when the test was taken. So if the hospital faxed over the wrong results why wouldn’t Holly call the hospital and tell them they faxed over the wrong results. My mom has never these test taken before. You can have good doctors but if your front office is not good being that they are first point of contact who would want to proceeded to the back. I also told the PA my issues and I was told I could file complaint. That is my next step.
