It's a small town business and they do their job, most of the time. Mediocre at best. Their notary service is shotty even though the lady claimed to have been a notary for two years and has taken the notary training. Then she hands her work to a non-notary to review her work. Take some pride in your work and represent your community properly instead of making stupid faces at your customers when YOU make a mistake you CANT correct.
And so now a year later I receive a response from the owner. I'm glad you only offer the notary service to existing clients. I was an existing client, why do you think I was in there? Regardless your employee should be disciplined and trained properly. You on the other hand should read the post and think about it before you post.

Ridiculous business will not provide a quote over the phone-only in person. Who ever said the 1950s are over!
Why does this place even provide a phone number-waste of time.
