Good afternoon this review is for All of the Management offices staff because they also do a awesome and great job , they speak as soon as you walk in , they help and understand all your needs and questions, and they show that’s they care about all the residents, they gives out all types of gifts and good treats once or twice a month, cupcakes, pizza and pops, ice cream, and school supplies just to name a few So this is for the offices Staff you are all Appreciated Too.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Ms Jackson 2111A

I give this a 5 star just because since I moved in and put any request in Alex comes and helps us out. he gets the job done when put in request he has always been very respectful and makes my whole family feel comfortable when he performs a job in my unit I give him a 5 star aswell Thank you for everything and for having a great employee. 😀 and Maggie she is amazing she helped through everything and she is super nice and sweet young lady

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Alex from the maintenance team at my apartment complex, and I couldn't be more impressed. Not only was Alex extremely friendly and approachable, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that all my maintenance needs were met.

From the moment he arrived, Alex engaged in pleasant conversation, making me feel at ease and comfortable having him in my home. His professionalism was evident in the way he handled the tasks efficiently while still taking the time to address any concerns I had.

What truly set Alex apart was his dedication to providing exceptional service. He not only fixed the issues promptly but also took the initiative to check for any potential problems and address them proactively. It's rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the well-being of the tenants. His outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction have truly made my living experience here enjoyable.

Mariela was amazing she was very helpful and made the process easy and she worked well for us ! We just moved in and our apartment is so clean and so relaxing and it is so safe I am loving our place !

Hello , I moved to the redford well over 6 years ago and Have been through plenty of management teams over the years . So far this management that received I want to say at the beginning of year has done more and made more progress than any other management team we have had . We have round the clock security, they are very interactive with the residents and the children of the complex . They came and renovated several areas . Once they came in and got to work it made the apartment complex much more livable .The maintenance team also answer your work orders in a timely manner . They are very communicative when its to the work they will be doing around the apartments . Keep up the good work .

I have been living here almost a year, first Maggie and Hogan are the best! Since Hogan has taken over the property has really turned around! Fresh coat of paint, stairs being replaced, security cameras, security guards, and that's just the beginning! Maggie is phenomenal, she's super sweet and attentive, knowledgeable. She always helps with anything i need! Now that things are really shaping up around here we decided to stay an additional year. If your looking for a quiet neighborhood, with an office staff who gets things done, I suggest the Redford.

Santa Carmona and the rest of the staff were just a joy to do business with and work with they gave me a fantastic apartment at a great price. You could definitely trust these folks here for honesty and integrity. The rest of the complex is going to be nothing short of stellar once it’s complete. I live at Redford.

Hi i move here’s at the redford apartment in Dec-2022 ,i had a small maintenance issue that’s was taken care of ,The new Manager Mr hogan had done an amazing and beautiful jobs with this property,Ms Mariela is awesome, polite and had great patience with me , the maintenance team are great as well , Mr Alex is very polite and kind, Ms Lyric is just a caring and lovely young lady she always check in on me , the security teams also gives great service, Ms T is very kind, she had help me many’s time . If you guys need a nice spacious apartment, go holla at the ladies in the office. They will look out for you, especially Mariela. She made the whole process very easy and comfortable. I referred 2 of my friends.

The staff was very helpful and transparent. Mariela went above and beyond to ensure my move was stress free. Thank you guys, you rock.

My mom and I toured the property and I absolutely loved it while I was there. It had a very comforting living environment for my mom and I and Mariela was a very helpful person, she answered all my questions in a timely manner and made me feel secured to move here with my mom and call this home. I really appreciate the time I was there and loved every second of it and will most definitely get the apartment with my mother.

Thanks so much for the ladies in the office (laura specifically) she has been so helpful throughout my whole move, she asked what I needed and followed through quickly she got my apt ready and got a moved in so quick.. the renovations they did are beautiful!! I love my apt!!! I also referred 2 people can’t wait till those referrals to kick in 🫶🏼

Laura Garcia; is an amazing leasing agent and was very courteous during my application process and I was very satisfied with her and how she got everything took care of and helping me secure my lease for my apartment and any paperwork or problems I have she is very prompt in getting them tooken care of

Ms. Santa Catmona is the most helpful person. Always smiling, greets you even when busy with another customer. She took time to explain everything and show the units. I recommend her to any and everyone for great customer service.

It was a pleasure touring the property. I can truly say I see allot of progress and good changes. Mariela was an amazing person, made me feel welcoming and answered all my questions. I will definitely be starting my application to move into my new Home.

Very comfortable and amazing spacious apartment for my kids and I! It was tough finding the perfect place but Mariela was a tremendous help with a beautiful personality she help me through it all. I wouldn’t have made this possible if it wasn’t her and her amazing work skills!
