The Villas at Shaver Apartments

I love these apartments. They are the best. They are quiet. They are good to live in. They are the best and easy to get along with the girls in the office. I really love this place and hope I can live here long time terms.

I was impressed with property! Very well maintained and taken care of! The office staff is very friendly and welcoming! They really made me feel like home! And the maintenance crew specifically to Mr. SAUL AMEZQUITA went above and beyond, to help with any maintenance needed I can’t thank him enough! I been here less than a year the office staff is very respectful and helpful. Maintenance staff is very awesome and quick when it comes to repairs. It’s definitely a safe environment for my son. I love it here!

I’m going on 2 years here. Jessica and Vanessa have been the best and helpful in anyway possible since I been here. They’re nice and make things happen. Y’all rock! The maintenance is beyond amazing. They’re very fast on fixing stuff. Anything I needed or asked it was done fast!

I love it here the maintenance guys are awesome and the office staff are awesome as well. They have been very helpful and almost everytime I put in a maintenance request it gets done quickly. Vanessa was very sweet and helpful.

Love it here. Me and my family have been living here for 2 yrs. Office staff is amazing but Maloree goes above and beyond to help us all. Property is always clean. Maintenance gets things fixed right away. I totally recommend you all to go tour the property and ask for Maloree she is the best
