The young lady at the front desk, Ms. Destiny was so kind! She immediately stopped what she was doing to help me. She is very knowledgeable and helpful, great customer service. I would recommend anyone come here, they really take care of their residents.

My interaction and experience was very memorable. You guys do an amazing job when it comes to taking care of the individuals you interact with along with your tenants. Not only did I feel respected, but very taken care of. I also want to point out that Ms. Destiny Saldivar did an outstanding job!!. She was very informative and gave a very welcoming aura which set my mind as ease. It is always stressful dealing with my type of issues but she 100% made my experience that much better. She is a keeper and I give my respects to her. In case she sees this review, Keep up the great work!

For the past six months, I have been searching for an apartment, and I recently visited the Ferryhill Apartments. I had the pleasure of meeting Destiny, a kind and helpful young lady who provided me with a tour and detailed information about the residence. Additionally, she answered my questions about the surrounding area and nearby local spots. Destiny exceeded my expectations in assisting me throughout the rental process for my new home.

I had a wonderful experience with this apartment complex. Both women in the front office have great customer service skills. And are really nice! Fernanda is great with a positive attitude and already making me feel at home before I even completely move in! I’m looking forward to working with both you ladies. The reason I rated the Park a Ferry Hill a five star when I visited the campus the office personnel was very knowledgeable and helpful. Immediately I was helped even to fill out the application where I had difficulties . I was treated like a person and not just a number..When I call and need help with a certain document or question the staff and management are quick to meet your needs. I did not have to wait hours or days for someone to call back.Their answer was sure come on and I'll help you. Their first question when you walk in is would you like something to drink or snack. She then ask me if I would like to take a tour. I said yes! I noticed it was very clean the yards the grass the laundromat. That is their high priority to keep the landscaping and homes in immaculate shape. Not to mention it is a friendly place to live. I recommend anyone who is looking for a one, two, or three bedroom to give them a call the schools are walking distance and nearby stores and locations to eat and shop.

We moved into these apartments at the beginning of June and these are far best apartments we lived in the office staff are so helpful and nice and make you feel like you matter put a maintenance order for our ac and I tell you that’s that’s the fastest I ever seen maintenance come fix the problem and even the maintenance is nice and explain everything and they send text all the time to keep you up to date these apartments actually care about there residents if you are looking for a apartment that nice and quiet and office people and maintenance who care about there residence this is where you need to be.. I been a resident for almost 4 years I will definitely recommend this apartments. Schools are across the street inconvenience stores around fast food everything it’s close by also management is awesome Melissa thank you very much for everything you’re the best Manager I couldn’t make it without you or Support.
