I echo all reviews prior to ours. This is one of the reasons we stopped by to look at the funeral home. It truly does feel as safe, cozy, and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed, and that set the standard for all the funeral homes we visited. Another thing worth mentioning is that the viewing area, seating area, and dining area were connected and not out of sight from all who were gathered. Therefore, we felt connected at all times.

Our funeral director Billy, was very helpful on these tough times. He was very thorough with everything. Always answering all of our questions and was available anytime for us. This was a process we didn’t want to have to do but it was easy with him and we appreciate all the help he provided for us and my brothers memorial service was good as well. This was my first time ever having to deal with the loss of someone so close to me. Lacey and her family were absolutely amazing from the start. They arrived quickly after being called at 3am handled my loved ones body with such respect and care. She walked me through the entire process and was truly the kindest caring person to assist us. I have been so grateful for East Haven funeral home. They were very professional and they helped me and my family with the passing of two of my loved ones. One in January 2022 and just recently in August 2022. Both times Lacey made it to where me and my family had the best services. If you lose a loved please consider them. I recommend East Haven funeral home. Lacy helped my family through the entire process. I was able to grieve, while Lacy took care of my mother's paperwork from beginning to end. My mother was cremated and the catalog options for urns and memorabilia the funeral home provided were beautiful! The funeral home also gave us the option to select urns from others vendors, but our family chose one from the catalog provided by East Haven. Lacy took care of submitting all information to the insurance and obtaining the death certificate for me. Our family opted out of having a service and burial, but we were able to log into East Havens site where Lacy created a obituary and signature page for friends and family to send their kind regards and condolences (just for our family to view. Login information is required for this option). The funeral home has so many different options that fits everyone's unique circumstance.
Words cannot explain how amazing, gentle, and sincere Lacy's character is! Lacy answered all questions I had and provided me with rapid/detailed responses all throughout her day and night. She worked with my schedule and when I visited the facility all the staff were safe, during this covid season. Lacy maintained my families arrangements along with her other clients. She balanced everyone's schedule and had a big heart for her business and the people she worked with.
Covid has been a tough time for our family and East Haven Funeral Home made our lives easier 🙂 you guys are a true blessing!

Lacey was a very friendly and patient funeral director, easy to get along with and talk to. Especially with me and my family being upset as we were from my fathers recent passing, she was understanding. She made sure everything was perfect and went smoothly for my dads funeral. We have not lived in Texas all that long. We were in no way prepared for this when my wife passed unexpectedly. I read the reviews of funeral homes when I saw East Haven. The reviews are exactly what right. Lacey was very kind and walked us through everything and explained everything we needed to do, and what to expect. They provided excellent service and support to us. Lacey was also very prompt with responses to any of our questions. My family and I highly recommend East Haven should you need their services.

Easy Haven Funeral Home is a an amazing place to have your loved one’s funeral services. The staff is wonderful and the pricing is great. They know how to make you not worry so much in having to have your loved one services. Three years ago I had my mom’s services there and Lacey was a great compassionate women. She knew exactly how to explain how everything is and how everything was going to get done. I’m so glad that we had my mom’s services at East Haven Funeral Home. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

She took extra care and truly cares about what she does. I would most definitely recommend them when you find yourself where you need someone to not only take exceptional care of your loved one, but also to help walk you through everything. In the most difficult time we have had to go through, they were exactly what we needed for our dad, and for us.

This funeral home has been excellent to us during a very difficult time. We had to call at 4am when my mother passed in hospice care to start the process and they answered and worked with us so quickly. Also they took great care to make sure every detail was taken care of and took the guess work out of alot of things for us, not to mention they did this at a very affordable price. We will be forever grateful to them for making this time alot easier for us.

East Haven Funeral were so respectful and caring during these tough times. Lacey (Funeral Director) quickly responded to all of our questions, she arranged for my fathers body to be picked up from the hospital within hours of him passing. East Haven gave us options on funeral dates and made the process smooth and easy.

The Espinoza family highly recommends their services, obviously nobody ever wants to endure painful situations like this, however its part of life.
Sadly I have attended many services in my life and have not witness so much love and caring from a funeral home like East Haven.
