Very great costumer service and very helpful 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The manager, Lupe Ramirez, was wonderful!!! She was very knowledgeable, and she even found a plan that saved me money! I am not the most technologically advanced person around, so it was quite a relief when she set up my new phone for me, complete with all the apps and contacts. I didn’t lose a thing in transferring from my old iPhone to my new one! I was extremely pleased with the service I received!

Lupe was very helpful in assisting me with the claim for a lost phone and made sure I had all the needed information for completing the transaction. She greeted each customer as they came in the door and let them know she would be right with them.

This is Geraldine Mitchell and we're here at AT&T and Lupe has been working with us since 10:00 this morning and she was very efficient and patient and kind and works with three other people almost at the same time and then she she did a good job with everything she did and I think she's that some of the best help that you can find so you need to keep her give her a raise! Lupe is great! She fixed me up 15 min , because I'm a truck driver and had to go in a hurry . Excellent help!

Brittany was awesome even though the product i wanted(apple pencil) was not available she still assisted me in my other accessory purchases.

This nice young lady was very helpful, highly professional, worked diligently on my behalf, and indeed resolved the issue. An excellent experience, 5 stars all around.

Having an AT&T store in town now is great and the employees are fantastic. I needed to deal with a landline issue, but it was handled expertly even though most would only think of going in for help with cellular. DirecTV help is also available here. Marisa Sinclair was the most helpful, patient service rep I could have asked for. This store gets a big thumbs up!
