We were having issues with our online banking and we came into the branch more than once and Kendall was so patient and kind with helping by explaining things to my husband and I. She was Awesome we were thinking about changing back to where we're last done our banking and I think Kendall may have changed our minds. Thank you so much Kendall. ❤

Glenn was a great help in getting our vehicle financing. We got the best interest rate available. The dealership couldn’t believe the rate! The savings in interest allowed us to purchase other packages including extended warranty and road side assistance. Most was handled by phone with a quick visit to sign papers. In and out, no issues. Made the visit to pick up our vehicle quick as well! Great job Glenn, I highly recommend him.

This is the first time I have gone through a painless car loan application and getting the rate I wanted. Glenn Roden at ECCU had everything prepared for me before we had ever met. I submitted my loan application online. He walked me through the process, explained all my options, and issued the choices I had made without pushing to add options I did not want. Glenn is a very knowledgeable and customer oriented individual. He really cares for his clients.
