Vortex Doors

Vortex doors has been so helpful with any repairs needed! They are quick to respond and friendly. Austin and Victor came out to the property and fixed our entrance gate in less than 3 hours, now it's up and running properly. These two gentlemen were so friendly and great to work with!! Very knowledgeable as well.
Other competitor stated that they had to take down the whole gate and take it to their shop. Not Vortex though, they got the job done with no delays!! Definitely will be using them for any repairs needed in the future!

Danny was amazing! He came out for a job that has been taken care but unfortunately still had issues and he made sure all doors were taken care of before leaving. Even when I gave him other job duties he was patient with us and fixed all other doors. Thank you so much Danny!

Will and Danny arrived on time introduced themselves. Quickly reviewed the issues, offered both short term and long term repairs. We discussed what would work best and they went to work. Very professional in their work and cleaned up afterwards.

Well knowledgeable in what was needed, took great care of the door and frame checked clearance throughout the process and marked off his area where he was working so to not make any hazards for my workers walking by, once he thought he was done he cleaned up his work area and then asked if everything was good before I signed the paperwork. I noticed the door was closing a little hard for my liking he then pulled out all his equipment again without hesitation and fixed it in front of me. I recommend Mario for any job if anyone asks me, great guy and he is what a great employee should look and act like! Great job!

Amador came and worked on xlparts garage door. Fixed things making the door work good for business purposes. Explained everything done and why the one roughness is in the pull down at end... bottom panel replacement will fix that. Was very professional. Also worked hard to get it done in a timely manner since it was closing time. Would definately recommend his services.

We had an emergency issue with our office door late on a Friday. Victor and Amador showed up before closing and got us all fixed up and back in business before the weekend hit! Mario was amazing. Our dialysis clinic was in the middle of a shift change and when our glass shattered in our front door from being flung wide open from the wind, I worried for the patients. MARIO showed up and was just Johnny on the spot. He was SO polite and kind while getting the job done in a safe efficient manner. Quickly but thoughtful and safe.You all NEED to keep this guy. If everyone could be like him, this world would be a safer and much nicer place. He needs a raise and promotion. Get him inside directing or being a team leader.We appreciate you Mario!!!!
