Nice local small business. I didn’t know what I really wanted nor needed, but I figured it out and got some nice hot sauce. I cannot wait to get home to figure out what I’m going to do with these exciting new flavors.

Our first visit to their new location on Hillcroft. Lots of products with a wide variety of heat/spiciness. Bought some stuff and can't wait to try it. The new spot is closer to us

Staff was very knowledgeable about the various hot sauces. You can try out a good number of them at their tasting bar. Great product selection at affordable prices.

He was very friendly and experienced. Big help in my learning. Prices were reasonable. No actual peppers or hot candy but tons of choices on anything else,

Awesome experience. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and he had samples. My wife enjoyed coming here and we picked up a few goodies. We will keep coming back.

My brother needed some heat/flavoring to add to foods because of an illness so I found this just looking for best hot sauce shops in Houston. Let me just say, it holds up to its standards for one of the best. They have a wide variety of different rubs, sauces, extracts, and candies beyond belief. I wanted to get stan's blood which most definitely looked like blood in a veil but, I'll get it next time because we'll be coming here again. We met the owner and he is extremely helpful, friendly, and knew a lot about the heat index. He's another reason for us coming back, thanks man👌🏻

An awesome place but they could do so much more. Not quite the extent of the variety I would like. There is a sample station but it's just with spoons, it's hard to taste hot sauces by themselves, they should offer crackers or something.

Placed an online order. First of all, the website is easy to navigate, very user friendly. Placing the order was easy too. Selection was outstanding. I plan on ordering much more in the future. Thanks everyone at iBurn, and keep up the great work.

This place is so cool! The staff was very knowledgeable (and cute) and they had an amazing selection. Great rewards program and will go back. Parking was limited but the store was easy to see from the street. There's also a super awesome mural outside.

I love this place!

As a lover of all things spicy, iBurn is dangerous to my wallet as I can't leave without finding something I can't live without.

In addition to being an influential online hot sauce influencer (who knew that was a thing?!) James, the owner, is a super nice guy who clearly cares a lot about his customers, the manufacturers whose products he sells and the hot sauce/spicy food industry as a whole.

I dig the fact that James and iBurn stock small producers, many local, who are really doing amazing things with their sauces and products.

As many hot-sauce aficionados know, it has been nearly impossible to find Huy Fong Sriracha for the better part of over a year. Going to iBurn to get my "fix," James turned me on to two craft manufacturers (Fat Cat and Char Man) that are both leaps and bounds better than Huy Fong. It's that type of excellent curation that makes iBurn a must visit!

I am a fan of hot sauce and feel lucky to live close by. The owner is usually present, and having tried about everything, can give some good input/suggestions on any sauce you find interesting.

What a wonderful shop! My family and I were there a few evenings ago. It is a family business, and the owners are passionate about their products. They will tell you everything you need to know and are super helpful. True aficionados about all thing hot and spicy! They are very dedicated to offering great products and great service. Great gift baskets, too! We will definitely be back.

Get online and support this store! They have an outstanding selection of hot sauces that compliment a wacky line of novelty condiments. You'll find a better line of spices and rubs than any grocery store and more bbq sauces and cream cheese topping jellies than you can shake a stick at!

I loved shopping here. They had so many different kinds of hot sauces and hog candy and much more. One thing they do very well there is letting you try what you want to buy. They have a huge table with different sauces. All of which you can try.i ended up buying 4 things and signing up for a membership when I just wanted to look around because of all the amazing flavors they have in there store. I love this store and I will for sure be back soon.

Very nice place for Chile heads, like myself. The employees were very kind and helpful. Only complaint is that they were out of a lot of the extra hot sauces and extracts. If you are looking for something specific, call and ask about it first. Will definitely be coming back!

Great little hotsauce shop. Lots of unique offerings at a great price. They have stuff that might knock you dead or marginally heat up your palate.
