I’ve been dealing with Eddie Tran and all I have to say, he’s the man you want to take care of your account. He goes above and beyond, extremely professional, kind and really couldn’t ask for anyone better. He’s a huge asset to Aramark and it’s Reps like him that makes customers be at ease! 10 Year customer, we have had issues with service, still do, they do respond to complaints , however the solutions are short lived and the issues always seem to come back. We are on the ' one more try' leg of our contract currently, hopefully it ends well and our relationship continues. Otherwise its time to cut our losses.
