Terrible customer service
Technical support Consistent with customer service
Called their customer service number lately and it’s a fax machine the last person I talk to two months ago agreed that they had a problem with their dashboard a friend of mine passed away four months ago they’re still charging me three dollars on his credit card account
No way to access my statement
they just send you emails that say get online to see your statement
Nothing gets resolved when it comes to taking your money for nothing
they throw it back on you
you find a way to get online you search for a contact support
you try a number oh I’m sorry it was a fax
“We have had problems with our website”

Billing seems to work just fine
And we save money by you not talking to a real person
