O C Pharmacy

I will never come back to this pharmacy again in my life, stay away from this business, they're bad they said something but never happened, I make a mistake to ask Doctor, Nguyen to send my medication here for pickup, anyway I have 3 medication to pickup on Thursday what's April 20 but I only have 2 and I have to wait for more than 1 hours to have my medication ready and another one they told me they have to wait for insurance to approve, so I'm waiting until yesterday I call them because they never call you back, so I design to call them. I been talk with someone and she told me she will call me back today, lol never happened I didn't get any phone calls from them again at all, here we go happen again, I have no idea why they never called me back what they promised????

I also don't know why the company hired people lied like that working for them, please don't come here, I came here because I had a cancers and doctor. Nguyen is very good doctor

Does not deliver when they say they will. At 9:30am I talked with a pharmacist that explained the drug and it's side effects. I asked when I could expect to receive them. She said they would be delivered the next day by UPS. I received a tracking number from UPS with that delivery date and another from MailMyPrescriptions that said my prescription had shipped. When I got home after a long day at doctors offices with my husband the prescription was not there. I called Oncology Consultants Pharmacy but they were closed. I them called MailMyPrescriptions - they had not record of an order and did not sell that particular drug. Then I checked the UPS tracking number - a label had been created at 5:50pm on the day that I talked with the Oncology Consultants pharmacist at 930am. UPS still had not picked up the package! The doctor had not administered the chemo through IV because the pills were supposed to arrive that afternoon. Tomorrow I will discuss this with the doctor and hope to get the IV infusion for my husband - no telling when the prescription will arrive!
