Ennis Street Pharmacy

They have alot of unsavory clients. Kind of makes me uncomfotable when i go there.

I have been switched from Epic to Ennis St. Pharmacy. Epic bent over backwards and service was outstanding. I have called Ennis 4 times and still have not heard and some of my prescriptions have run out. They don't answer their phone all the time and don't allow voice mails to be left. They switch to a fax well before 5 pm so you can't leave a message. My prescriptions are now hostages at a very limited hour pharmacy. Not happy with the LACK of service.

I've called three different days at different times of the day to get a refill, each time the phone rings and rings, then finally is answered, with a beep.
No recorded voicemail message, so I'm unsure if it's a voicemail box or not but I left a message anyway. I never received a callback. I'm changing pharmacies.
