Do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP HERE! We made a purchase here on Dec. 24th, for SHIP TO STORE, it is now Dec. 30th and now Sunglass Hut states they did not receive anything even though they signed for our package. The associate at Sunglass Hut is now playing the “ I DON’T KNOW” game with us. She’s become rude and unhelpful. She was the main one recommending we ship to store for in store pick up and today she’s telling us “ I would never tell customers to ship to store because packages get lost here often” There’s definitely a lot of funny business going on here!

Extremely bad customer services.
No professionalism at all.
I bought sunglasses and found a very small stain or scratch on it.
was passing by next day , Went back with receipts and everything just to check maybe if they can clean it or fix it but the lady working there was so rude and unprofessional.
If she could just handle it professionally I wouldn’t mind because it was a small stain or scratch but she was very unprofessional.
The way she dealt with me was not a professional way of dealing with a customer.
She was not helpful.
I’m doubting that they sold me the glasses with scratch on it because when she was talking to her manager over the phone it was fishy and she was confused about it and she wasn’t able to give me a clear answer , instead when I said to her please show me your return or exchange policy and I came back within 24 hours she said
“ oh you came after 24 hours because you bought them at 1:56 pm yesterday as per the receipt and right now it’s 2:06 pm today”
Then She rushed to print an empty receipt to show me the their return or exchange policy but nothing was mentioned on it and the she didn’t know what to do so she started being non sense with me.
WOW such a genius sales woman.
She wasn’t even sharing her name or work ID for the Refrence.
I left the store without getting any services and bad treatment.

Christmas time and surprise...
Dis store does not have something discount price ... Extremely expensive for dis time of year... AVOID

Don't answer the phone, Mexican employee at night couldn't help, I've gone twice. Why I'll buy online never from your employees. They hire the worst.
