I highly recommend! All of their classes are great and you feel the motivation. The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate in assisting you with any weight goal you have set.

I have never felt more comfortable and safe in any other gym! I started coming a year ago with these amazing ladies and I am now down 50 pounds and counting! Diana and Sam have helped so much and I love that they are always supporting and motivating you every step of the way. This a wonderful all women’s gym that offers a variety of class options. All trainers are awesome they all go above and beyond to help each and everyone one of us reach our goals. Yuli, hands down the best step aerobics instructor! Her workout is very challenging yet still very fun. She keeps us motivated and I’m seeing great results! It’s a life changing gym experience and I highly recommend it to all my fiends and family!

The most welcoming and comfortable ALL ladies gym and fitness studio in the Mid-RGV. They make all of their clients feel confident and able to reach their goals. They positively push and motivate. If your looking to build your strength, lose weight or just get active there are plenty of classes available that fit any schedule and type of exercise you want. I personally enjoy strength conditioning and Zumba!

This is the place to be if your on a journey for fitness. They also provide a nutrition guide and have a app for membership. Love this place. Thank you ladies!!!

I love coming to workout! Diana knows how to keep her girls motivated and is always there to answer questions and teach! I have learned so much and have lost 8lbs in 2-3 weeks.Super excited to continue on my weight loss journey🎊
