We walked out of there with a nice, comfortable and affordable bed and felt appreciated. I highly recommend Mattress Firm, you won’t be disappointed.

Soma was very helpful and help me pick out the right mattress and told me all the details of it and also the adjustable bed frame that I bought as well. He was very friendly and funny. I should be receiving my bed in two days. I am very excited about it and the adjustable bed frame. It has a nightlight under it and USB ports.
Would recommend mattress firm as they have a price guarantee if you find something less expensive for the same item, they will match it.

My son and I were on our way to American Furniture Warehouse in Conroe. Well my son wanted to stop at Mattress Firm first. So glad we did. Greeted by Stephen and the store manager immediately. And Stephen was fabulous in taking his time to be sure he explained all my sons options. My son purchased a high quality Sealy, and got a great deal with the sale that was in progress. And what a quick delivery. Bought on Saturday evening and delivery on Monday. Stephen and the store manager at this location know about customer service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The salesman, Soma, was wonderful to work with. The delivery guys were equally great. They even put on shoe covers before they came in the house! Great experience all around!

Frank is the MAN! I’ve already bought 2 beds in the last 2 months, one for the main room and another for the guest room. Frank always goes above and beyond, and always makes sure to leave his customers satisfied. You might find more colors, you might find bigger selections elsewhere, but you won’t find Frank. That guy is a legend.

Wonderful service from Meagan. She was incredibly helpful and sold us a mattress for my teenage son right on price point. She clearly had a thorough knowledge of the options available in the store. The whole process was quick and efficient and she had all the information on delivery and warranty right at her finger tips.
