Juan, nothing short of amazing customer service! From the moment I walked in, he was polite and attentive to my needs. I was indecisive of what clothing items I wanted to piece together, but thanks to Juan, he helped me figure it out. Extremely professional. He has a beautiful personality and a people first attitude. He met all my expectations!! Effective and efficient customer service!

The staff is so friendly and super efficient ❤ My pick up order wasn't ready when I got to the mall but they quickly got the items together and processed it since I explained I needed them for an upcoming trip. They were amazing! I ended up needing to exchange an item and it was super fast and easy. I will keep coming back🖤

The staff at this Express was absolutely spectacular. We were greeted the moment we walked in the store. Everyone had a smile on their face and was more than eager to help. Oh I can't get enough of this Store! It's my favorite I love it. This is my closet. They always have a great selection. And if there out of your size, HELLO order online. Look for your discounts and coupons prior to purchasing in store or online.

THE MOST AMAZING STORE IN THE ENTIRE MALL! I love the atmosphere there! Everyone is so helpful! Especially TIMARA!!! She helped me pick an outfit for my wife and I anniversary dinner and oh boy she loved it! I WOULD BE COMING BACK HERE ! KEEP HER THERE! SHE'S AMAZING! Oh yeah and the young lady name by JOCELYNE was also very friendly and kind while handling my transaction process! I was having a bad day and they both lifted up my spirit. I WILL GIVE THEM BOTH 5 STARS!

I love their customer service!! I had Andrea helping me twice with coupons and returns. It took a lot of time to fix the transaction but she was patient!! Everyone else is also always helpful!

Their clothing is extremely comfortable. A little pricey but honestly worth it. Jeans will pretty much last a lifetime. Ntm the staff here was very helpful and friendly.
