Emerald Pointe Apartments

I lived here June 2022-June 2023, I loved my stay. Friendly office & maintenance staff, they always fixed any issues I had living here. Parking wasn’t always an issue, only around the weekends after 6pm I’d say. The apartment itself did have roaches but granted a huge apartment complex with many people around, it didn’t bother me too much. Some good pinsol and bay leaves around the place will keep them away. I really liked my unit, nice flooring and very spacious. I lived in between building 25/26 everyone was nice and quiet. I hear horror stories of this apartment complex and I didn’t experience anything that I have heard. Nice place to move in when first starting out! Good people, neighborhood, and prices! 🙏🏻

I did work there for
a while the office personal is on point you ask and they get right on it workers it's like this it's how you talk to people if talk with right they fix any problem your having,now the manager straight forward she gets the job done so if you thinking about getting a place go there they treat you like family.

Ver pleased to say that this past year and a half I have had no issues with the apt staff and my repair requests are taken care of in a very reasonable time! Keep up the good work! It doesn't go unnoticed 😉 Amanda is doing a great job! Please never leave us

Amazing staff. They really try their best to help you out. Ive been struggling for a little while and Carol has been nothing but helpful and understanding. Every time I walk into the office I am greeting by all the ladies (Amanda, Carol, Misti) great place to live! I have already recommended a friend to live here and lalo did a good job having it ready on time and it looked great.

I love the stay here soo much the office staff people are the best so kind and helpful on everything. Love the way maintenance get there job done rigth away!! I really recommend it to everyone.

Love the apartments nice staff clean place to live . . the staff is very understanding . . the staff always look neat and always on time if something is needed . if your looking a place to live this is the spot to live in happiness thank you for everything

Wonderful people in the office love the complex every time I had something go wrong with my apartment they sent some one out the same day to fix it

Read alot of negative comments but i dont believe it because as soon as i got there i was shown an apt. Loved the attention Christopher gave us it was amazing customer service!

Veo que mucha gente habla mal de estos apartamentos, pero pues no es mi caso desde que me moví todo bien mantenimiento aveces tarda pero no tanto como lo exageran los demás además que más quieren no están caros y son con billes pagados más a parte que te dan un especial los primeros 3 meses

Muy cómodos y muy,bien aspecto les recomiendo estos apartamentos tienen una promoción?si tu agarras un apartamentos de una recamara grande por 1 año lo normal va aser 6 meses pagas 400$y los otros 6 meses para completar el año pagas lo normal 725$

Muy recomendable estos apartamentos, atienden excelentemente bien el personal, no me quejo de mantenimiento excelente trabajadores
